You really have to watch the time. Today, I got there to tan at 7:45. I asked for 12 minutes. The bed turned on at 7:49. I hurried to get my lotion on the best I could and not miss too many of my minutes. All of a sudden, the bed turned off so I took off my little goggles, got my phone to see what time it was, it was only 7:58 (that's only 9 minutes)!! I know, being cheated out of 3 minutes is not that big of a deal but as a paying customer I expect the time to be correct. I got out of the bed and I got dressed and I went out to The front desk and told the lady that I don't know what happened but the bed had shut off too early. The lady didn't say oh gosh I'm sorry or do you want me to turn it back on or whatever. She said not a word to me.
