My husband was treated by Dr. Dattoli in 2021 for prostrate cancer. His treatment plan consisted…read moreof oral chemotherapy drugs, radiation therapy, and radiation seeds. Dr. Dattoli prescribed twice the recommended dose of the chemotherapy drug. This was found out after the fact. It resulted in my husband getting peripheral neuropathy in both his hands and feet. He now walks with a walker. The radiation treatments resulted in three surgeries and bladder incontinence. Radiation treatments and seeds caused his appendix to atrophy and previous hernia surgery mesh, to become infected. While my husband is cancer free, his life is greatly diminished due to the overkill treatment methods. Dr. Dattoli does indeed have a 100% cure rate, but at what cost to the patient. In hindsight, my husband and I, both wish he would have opted for surgery. We did reach out to Dr. Dattoli, but his response was anything but kind and caring. The bottom line, my husband's health problems had nothing to do with the over abundant treatments rendered by Dr. Dattoli. Just move on we were advised. Please take heed in making your treatment decisions.

This…read moreacquaintence told me that he met with a major university cancer center who told him he had months to live, that it was "time to put your affairs in order." Panicked, he went to his prostate cancer group and one person said he heard about stories regarding this place called Dattoli in Florida. Long story short he went there, did the protocol and follow up with DART, seeds and the rest. I somehow remembered that conversation, found him in the parking lot and told him how I remembered the conversation when he came back and was cancer free. He said it was Dattoli and he said before I went there I was "given a death sentence." Now, 10+ years later he is still cancer free after Gleason 9 and metastasis in his lymph nodes and spine. Without going into detail personally and for confidentiality I will say this - their treatment of me, the conversations I have had and the professionalism with every single person at the center has been first class. I think they are first class and outstanding especially at this critical, stressful moment in life and hopefully a long, cancer free life. Do your own homework and research. If you had reviewed CAT scan ,it would have shown why I had a problems breathing and complaining for over a year you would have seen my right lung had 800 ml.
