There are other hidden costs like maillgun and go high level you need the $500 monthly plan. This trap and withholding of the extra costs are unreal. There is no such thing as Done for you, you still have to go through every 60 videos to grasp the concept on go high level and the rest. If you don't believe me -- look at all the complaints with the BBB and online. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and even with 30 pages of proof that they lied and did not provide the services they promised, I still got charged. I watched the entire 1.5 hour presentation and was really impressed. However, the gimmicky "count down" and "offer expires in 7 minutes" turned me off and made me suspicious so I didn't pull the trigger. Instead, I searched for reviews and after reading the reviews here about the bad customer service and ignoring emails and worst of all..... not having a working phone number.... no thank you. It looks like a great product but I will not give my hard earned money away to find out. It's a shame this company is not very reputable....going to stick with Follow up Boss for now and keep looking for something as good as 6 Figure Agent seems to be from a trusted reputable company that understands the importance of customer service. read more

I was very disappointed in this lead generating platform. When I was first learning the program, I wanted to speak with a live person. I could never speak to a person on the phone even though I requested this numerous times. All communication had to be during their business hours and communication was only by email. They would send me a link to read when I had a question. I regret ever signing up for this. It was a large financial loss for me. Yes, I received leads, but the leads were not looking to buy or sell a home. Most clicks were just curious about the house. I never sold one house as a result of this program. Tried it out for three months. Spent over $1,000.00. I did get a number of leads but they were not qualified. I don't think Facebook is the best resource to find buyers and sellers of real estate. Your better off spending the money with Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. Much higher rate of return. They did do a nice job posting articles to FB, Instagram, etc. You have to be willing to listen through a bunch of youtube videos to understand how it works. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!! Company has the worst customer service. You watch a video that Jason goes through and tells you how the system works. He tells you that you get the system for 3 months free, but they charge you right away. If you have a problem with the set-up of the system, support will not call you and talk you through the problem or look into it, they just say "oh we only communicate through email, we don't call anyone". You are told to just watch the videos. You cannot talk with anyone; all communication is done through email only. You are told they guarantee leads from the Facebook ads or your money back. Their system is to have automatic email replies to leads, but when I had family and friends try it, they received no emails like the company says the system does. (Which you are paying for). They apparently don't guarantee their system which you are paying $$$ for. SO far Ive had this for about a month. The service is Good- Things seem good so far. They do automated responses to leads via text and email, which means the lead gets a quick response - I think we could get better conversions if they added voicemail drops as well so that people would be calling us instead of the other way around. Pretty much all customer service goes through a web chat so its a bit slow to get answers and its not always easy to get to complicated points without spending a while getting there. -wish they had an open webinar time designed to help people out who are troubleshooting since most of the service still requires a fair amount of learning. Otherwise they give everything they promise. Landing pages convert well, ads do pretty well and its like a course in how to do the basics for someone looking to get into marketing. I was very disappointed in the service provided by Arsenal MKG. The best part of the software is the landing page element, which is pretty good. The worst part is pretty much everything else. Here is a review of what I sent to their customer service group requesting a refund based on their "100% Money Back Guarantee", which never happened. Denise, who is their customer service manager replied to my request pointing me to a refund policy that essentially was 0% after 24 hours. Who can evaluate a platform in just 24 hours? Caveat Emptor.... _____________ Greetings - This note is to request the cancellation of my Arsenal account and to process a full refund per your 100% money back guarantee.  I'm disappointed with the whole process.  Here are a list of my reasons: First, the facilitator of the webinar consistently talked about a system that would generate leads from the ads and automatic sequences which would result in prospects scheduling appointments with the agent.  All of this seemingly without the agent having to do much of anything except fund the ads and monitor the sequences.  I knew that was going to end up being a bit of a stretch, but then got into the "training" after I signed up only to find an almost hard sell that phone calls had to be early and often.  The gentlemen in FL may enjoy spamming people with 9 contacts a day, 3 of them being phone calls, but I certainly do not.  Really seems like bait and switch to me.   Now, let me describe what I found the deliverables of the package to actually be."6-figure Agent 2.0 Masterclass":  This is partly rudimentary sales training, and the most of the remainder are help videos on using the Arsenal or FB ad system.  Sure, there's a few beneficial nuggets in there outside of the scope of the product, but "$2000 value" for mostly sales 101 training and videos on how to use the tool?  I may be an anomaly, but this was not at all useful. The following were marketed as separate items, but are actually a part of the Arsenal software that you sell for $99 per month (confirmed in a conversation with the coach who set up my ad) - Social traffic secrets - Quickstart templates - Lead generation templates - The automated email template. The alleged "secret" appointment scheduling app is no secret at all.  It's Calendly and I've had an account for a long time. The Arsenal MKG UNLIMITED for 3 months.  That's the afore mentioned software subscription that you sell for $99 per month, which is a net value of $298, not $1194 that you state in your marketing. Your software has some decent features.  The landing pages work pretty well, but everything else is pretty basic or fall short in user experience.  For example: For a text conversation that took place on the mobile app to not be accessible on the desktop version (or vice versa) of the software is a bad user experience.  The mobile app is really buggy.  It was released too soon.  There are bugs in the auto sequence system that your support couldn't explain   At $99 per month, I would expect a LOT more.  If almost $1000 wasn't being charged to me above the $99 per month, I may have considered sticking with it.  However, this program as a whole was completely over sold and subsequently under-delivered. read more

My review is just like all the others and I'm sure they will post bogus reviews that are good to cover the bad ones. I was with them 3 days and my card thought it was suspicious activity and txt me for approval. Within 1 minute I approved it but they put it on me to call my card, who already told me to tell them to re charge or to call facebook because now it was their problem. They had no means to get the ad going again without telling me I had to do something. And it took 2 days before they realized my ad was down. They never told me that I was to spend a ton of money on ads and that I was the one that was going to be doing all the work. Then they quoted their contract or something like that. This isn't a fine detail. This is a major component of what they do and should be disclosed while they are dangling the shiny new object in our faces. After 3 days, they agreed to terminate my contract but refused to issue me a refund for the $367 I just paid less than a week before. Thieves! I signed up for a free webinar, during which Jason Waldrop specifically said that "just for listening...just for being there..." we would receive "free gifts" (down-loadables) at the end of the webinar. I listened to the entire webinar and discovered that only those who sign up for the course receive those gifts. I have sent several emails to the company, and received no responses. I'm surprised there are bad reviews here for Jason and Arsenal MKG. I find the system well explained, easy to set up, and I got instant leads from the few quick ads I have put on Facebook so far using this system. And at a great price. I don't even want to think about the work I would have had to do to figure out the ads to place, the landing page design, and the follow up system on my own. And you get a great CRM all for a minimal investment. Someone from their company helped me set up my first ad and literally a half hour later I was getting notifications and requests for information. As for the reviewer who says they were "not qualified" leads - Arsenal is NOT providing leads. It is providing you with a system to generate your own leads on social media. Then you spend a few minutes to qualify them yourself. Even if the lead is not ready now, the leads are effortlessly put on a drip contact system. What could be easier? read more
