Established in 1987, ARS Video, Inc. has been digitizing beloved memories from our facility in northeast Ohio for customers all across America. We specialize in the conversion and preservation of old "analog" media formats to a viewable digital format - whether it's film (8mm, Super8, 16mm), video (VHS, Betamax), photos (digitizing prints), or audio (cassettes). Our basic pricing includes a USB flash drive or DVD, labeling, and plastic case - videotapes are charged by the hour, while film reels are charged by the foot. You don't pay until your finished order has been reviewed, and you only pay for material we actually digitize. Call or stop by today to get started! We accept media from all over the United States on a daily basis, and we maintain a copy of your digital files in case yours get damaged or you lose them somehow. Our archiving services include working with moldy media, "sticky" tape, and broken cases that many other companies won't touch.

When customers hear that ARS Video was created in 1987 by Gloria Stennett, they often say "Wow! She was ahead of her time." Gloria, with her husband Art, bought a film transfer machine from New York, and started it all. With their commitment to producing quality products and maintaining a high level of customer service, they went from working through the night to employing a staff that included full and part-time employees. During the next ten years with the innovation of new technology and computers, things changed fast. This is when Gary, Gloria and Art's son, acquired the company. With his knowledge of computers and understanding of the changing technological environment, he transformed ARS Video into a tech-savvy company at the forefront of video production and duplication. Today, with continual adaption of cutting-edge digitizing technology, ARS offers superior customer service at reasonable prices, so that customers can preserve their family memories for generations to come.

Meet the Business Owner: Gary S.

The seeds of ARS Video were planted in 1987, when Gloria and her husband Art bought a film transfer machine from New York and started transferring people's precious memories as a part time business. Over a period of 10 years, ARS Video went from "night time" work with one machine to a full-time business with several employees and ever-expanding machines and equipment. This is where the second generation of family joined the business. Gary, Gloria and Art's son, acquired the company in the late 1990s. With Gary's knowledge of computers and his understanding of the changing technological environment, he brought ARS from Analog to Digital. He transformed ARS Video into a technological environment, offering faster services with improved quality at a reasonable price. Digitizing media is our main business today! In 2009, Gary's son, Paul, joined the company, making ARS Video a three-generation company.
