Calls are never returned, appointments are forgotten,it is now so very dis organized. Renee is a counselor, yet she tells the patients her life traumas, and doesn't seem to be interested in ours. That's if we get a chance to speak.Trying to speak with Dr. Moore is out of the question. Renee fields all of his calls. He ALWAYS spoke with us before.I believe Dr Moore is a good man that wants to help with addiction, but he might need to get rid of the ones that aren't professional. We are talking about people's lives here!!!!! Myself and several others have left due to Renee. I have gotten help elsewhere, and only pray the others have done the same. DR. MOORE....PLEASE COME BACK!!!!! WE LOVED YOU.SEND RENEE HOME ON MATERNITY LEAVE!!!!! OH, AND SPEAKING AS AN ADDICT, DRUG TEST YOUR STAFF. I.KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.

Untreated, these conditions can be costly for patients, families, communities and the healthcare system. Recognizing an opportunity for systemic improvement, Dr. Moore, while continuing to serve as a consulting and attending physician at a local hospital system, began to study the treatment landscape for patients following medication overdose. Stigma surrounding addiction, availability of services, and underutilization of evidence based modalities were major obstacles for recovery. Dr. Moore realized the benefits and evidence supporting medication assisted therapy (MAT) and became the medical director of a state-licensed opioid treatment program (OTP). To bridge treatment gaps, AMT was created as a specialty program to expand resources available to patients whom are involved with counseling outside of a state licensed OTP.

For 10 weeks one more week up until the last second at which point he violated. No clear expectations or guidelines. Just a trap to get every dollar they can for you. Don't care if your sober only if you keep paying. My son is diabetic. Metformin is known to cause micro amounts of THC. Also having diabetes and fatty liver causes small amounts to linger in system for a very long time. When they were told about his medical condition and meds he was on, nothing changed. They can tell he isn't smoking by the small amount of THC staying. Could have use synthetic urine and would be fine. But if you try and trust in the system they will kill you dry and keep you there for as long as possible. Don't do the right thing. Use synthetic urine. After 3 months and passing urine test at other places new insights still says he has micro amounts. 2 months ago they agreed to discharge him and immediately changed their mind. His mother passed away before the treatment and the supervisor is holding a grudge for missing the initial appointment. Addicts can lie but not everyone is a liar. Patient is honest. Stay are liars. He was to call the following week and he did, but they never bothered to call him back. When someone reaches out for help you help them. You are, in fact, a rehab facility. Both interactions were enough for him to say this is not a good facility. It's hard enough to for someone to say they need help, then go to find help and not be called back. It is the facility's duty to walk their patients through the process. We will be looking elsewhere.

They found a cancellation quickly and I was in. Of course the day comes and the issue is no longer presenting itself, however Dr. Anderson was great about it. She went about checking my scalp to be sure there were no other issues I or my PCP was unaware of. She also said that now that I'm in and no longer a new patient if I need to be seen or communicate it'll be simpler. Everyone in the office was very nice and vigilant as to what the issue may be if it's something that needed to be treated further or if I was handling it fine. I recommend them for sure if you're having any issues. At least Dr. Anderson for sure.

I was referred to the main Penn State mohs office after testing positive for basal cell carcinoma on my face, after a couple more weeks of waiting for a response I received a call from this Camp Hill office telling me that my surgery was scheduled for almost 6 months later and was given no other options for an earlier time other than calling every day and asking about cancellations- there was no cancellation list I was told of, the reception person just said that a lot of it was probably removed during the biopsy. What?! After my wife took over and checked with her own primary care doc along with the the main office of Penn St mohs and our insurer, she was able to get me scheduled with Dr. Cartee at Penn State Hershey. He was great and would recommend him, but only after an extremely stressful situation for someone who had cancer for the first time. I now see a dermatologist MD at Dermatology Associates of York, they have an office in Mechanicsburg and they're great. Highly recommend them.

This is clearly and end of life facility. You do not put someone here you ever plan on seeing again…read moreor they will hate you after this experience. It's is low level quality and care. The people in management work hard to control the residents no matter what if you want to go outside "No" want to get some other fod "No" you want to leave "No" we are not done draining your resources. CNA's are a nightmare, Nurses are better but they look away from any of the of the bad things these people are doing to the patients. The Doctors are non-existent and definitely not top quality. These are the people that barely slid through. If you hate the person you are placing this is the place old unkept prison-like facility with terrible food served like you are in prison Please do not send your family member here they live in terrible conditions with some of the most untrained inexperienced CNA that the medical industry ever produced and since no one will ever work for this place it's mostly all job agency people. The are rude, uncaring, unsk because no one else wants them they work for these agencies that the Garden employes. These are who your relatives are most in contact with so their situation is not to good. Run far and fast from this place. I know if this because I was a patient at this facility and speak from experience.

A special acknowledgment to Tracey, his nurse who kept us informed and provided guidance. She developed a likeness to my dad resulting in him referred to as "buddy". I commend you Tracey for your personal care and knowledge. There are a number of other staff members which I must acknowledge as well. Ashlee, Daphne, Phyllis, Melinda, Dennis, Sara, Maiya, all providing such wonderful care. I am sure there are some names I am overlooking, but know that everyone who had a hand in my dad's care was so kind. The social worker Melinda would address any issue and was so accommodating and always kind. To summarize, The Gardens at Camp Hill is under rated for the level of care provided by such a wonderful staff. Do not overlook this facility in your quest for a place for your loved one.
