I've been a patient at ICP for approximately 20 years. Primarily I see Dr. Sweeney, but have been…read moretreated by several physicians and physicians' assistants on staff there. No matter if I called there or made contact through the portal, my requests were always responded to promptly, efficiently. Through all these years, I can't think of a bad experience I've had there. My husband is a patient of Dr. Sweeney and he feels the same as I. I managed my late mother's care for a time. Ditto. Dr. V was my mom's primary physician and she loved him. (Trust me, mom was not easy to please.) More recently I helped my brother who had many health issues, including chronic lung disease. When it was necessary to appeal an insurance coverage decision, help was provided by his physician and staff. He explored a lung transplant at Johns Hopkins. Every request we made for information and/or coordination of information was promptly and efficiently responded to. The level of care and compassion my brother received at/by ICP, in particular Dr. Gluck, was top notch. Lastly, off the top of my head, I can think of about 10 other extended family members who are ICP patients. No complaints from any of them.

I took my stepfather for an eye surgery last week and we both had a very positive experience!!!…read more From start to finish! Everyone was very attentive, helpful and efficient. His surgeon was extremely nice, took the time to explain his procedure, the nurses and anesthesiologist were also very nice. As soon as his procedure was complete, the surgeon came to the waiting room to explain his procedure to me and then they called me back to post op to be with him. I highly recommend this facility!

You every day snd come up with some bullshit excuse every day I truly believe she just trying to make me lose my job maybe I make mire than her and she is so biased and uncaring she should never be a recovery specialist since she doesn't believe in mmt smh because after 2 years withdrawal is only emotional! You can go a day or two without dosing it won't affect you guest dosing for no there's so much paperwork to do with that smh!!! All her phrases smh what do I know I'm just the junkie right??

So, make sure you don't miss a phone call or take less then you're given or they will send you right back to the beginning of the program. Further more, this location does not communicate their actual rules and expectations until after you've not complied and then make you wait weeks for results. Even if you did nothing wrong. The Dr. is only available 1 day of the week, the communication between staff is horrendous, and in all I feel very uncared about. If I wasn't as strong as I am mentally I would have already gone back to the pills because going to ARS is not recovery, it's a scam to get you on another drug that's it. I'd hate to see how they treat recovering addicts that actually do relapse or try to manipulate the system because from someone that's been clean for 6 months I sure am being treated like the first week I walked into this place.
