They tell me that the crew is busy with a big job and will be at least two hours late. Did I want to reschedule. I was furious. Why didn't they call me? I finally track down the manager, who is making excuses for the crew. One of the guys didn't show because his wife went into labor. Why do I care? He didn't go into labor. Why didn't he call me? Then he's making excuses for last weekend and explaining that cleaning saltillo tile involves a difference process. Why do I care? I told them what I needed. I recently had them do a diagnostic check on my Lennox system ($180). It took them 2 days to come…read moreto a result with the help of Lennox. They told me that my Lennox keypad and my Lennox router were both bad and gave me a quote of $1800. I thought it was kind of expensive so I wanted to get a second estimate, however in order to do that I needed the original keypad which by unknown reasons the tech took with him. The tech put a temporary pad on to bypass the router and get the system to work. I was told they would call me back after I questioned the estimate, they never called. So I called them and told them I needed my original keypad back to get another estimate. They sent the tech back out and charged me $250 for the cheap temporary keypad and finally gave me my original keypad back. I think they gouged me pretty bad... I might have gone with them for the repair had I got a similar quote, but not after the non communication and the gouge! At least the tech did get my system working $430 later...
