Had to cancel an appointment for my cat a few times due to physically not being able to come in because of several health issues. I apologised profusely but was still shamed by the receptionist who completely disrespected me because I am a lot younger then most of their customers. Would be lovely to understand what they wanted me to do, hold my vomit in while I walk all the way and then let loose? No? well don't give me a hard time for something I have no control over. 0/10 customer service, would not recommend to a friend. Go find another receptionist with at least a shred of respect and perhaps some actual customer service skills. read more
