Bill, Bill Jr and David the mechanic are all amazing. I brought an EGO tractor in for repair that I did not buy from them and they were so accommodating and expedited the repair in a timely manner. They were great at communicating and were very good about explaining what was done to rectify the issue. When I needed tractor repaired I reached out to other dealers and no one wanted to accommodate me and all said if they did it would be weeks for them to repair the unit. David knows EGO products and has been to Chicago for factory training and figured out the issue very quickly. I will definitely go to them again and next time purchase EGO products directly. I am outside their pick up and delivery area and when I told them I had no one to help me pick up and deliver the tractor they delivered it for a nominal fee. Very flexible company and they want to make it all work out. read more

I dropped off my hedge trimmer for a warranty inspection. when I called 2 weeks later, they said everything had been fixed and was ready to pick up. so I drove one hour, but suddenly the guy said the warranty didn't cover it, and they asked me $65. I argued with him, I dropped off my tool for warranty inspection(or warranty repair), not the maintenance. I did not receive any phone call/email regarding paid maintenance but he threatened me he will put my hedge trimmer back if I did not pay him. It may not be a lot of money, but I felt really bad for not even making an apology. by writing this review, I hope that there are no other victims than me. read more

the place is a joke, the guy that runs the place is a joke. over paid for many years of service on my 40 k machine. sent it back to me the last several times uncompleted but I still paid. shame on him, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was me being so demanding. but no, after the third time everyone needs to know that the place is a big over charged and incomplete service. if I could just get 1 person to stay away , completed my mission. I will make a sacrifice to spend double 60 miles away then bring it to them. read more

I am a longtime Arroway customer and I have never experienced anything but the utmost professional service. I have bought a mower there and had a couple mowers serviced and everything has always been outstanding and done on time. Recently a mower I bought there broke because my son drove it over a big rock and the people at Arroway found a replacement part for the shell and made it good as new, which saved me from having to buy a new mower, which I hear are hard to get now due to supply chain issues. I really want to get my hands on the Green Machine, solar powered driving mower. Soon. I'm beginning to feel like a real farmer. Wow. My childhood dream come tru. Finally. I brought my push mower in for minor service and I was told they were backed up two weeks....it's their busy season. I was ok with it until I called two weeks later only to be told they haven't even looked at it...the backed up story again. I had to call almost 3 weeks into it and I'm told it's done. I asked why no phone call and they said I must have slipped through the cracks. Maybe they should hire more people. Simple maintenance should not take 3 weeks. I won't go back...they definitely lost a customer. read more

Called a week ahead of time to schedule a pickup for general maintenance and was told a driver would call me back. A week later I called back and said I never got a call. I was told they were 2 weeks behind. That would've been nice to know when I first called no? Guess they don't want my business. read more
