Found out they do much more than just exhaust work. Lexus advised that my wife's GX460 needed a differential fluid change, transfer case fluid change, and transmission fluid change. It had 60k miles. I'm sure I could have done most of this on my own in my garage but I just didn't have time. Arrow did all this plus an oil change, and the other filters for less than half the price of the dealer. I also requested that they use all Toyota/Lexus parts and fluids which they did, I made sure. They saved me over $1,000 from what the dealer wanted for this. I will be taking the rest of my vehicles there for maintenance from now on. 5 stars!! read more

These guys installed a 'new' catalytic converter in May which broke within 5 months. They also messed up the initial installation so that I had to take time off work to come get it fixed. Further, you really shouldn't bother going here if you're a woman or if you're a guy who gives a damn about how women are treated. I went three times and got spoken down to each time. I tried to explain that I'd had two different garages tell me that the work was shoddy and broken, but Tom ignored me and would only speak to my boyfriend even when I was standing right there, own the car, and would be paying for the work. He swore and was dismissive and clearly unwilling to stand by his crappy work. My boyfriend had to ask him to calm down and just explain what he thought was wrong rather than ranting about how I "wanted him to marry the car" by asking him to stand by his work. Do not waste your time and money going here. Even if you have to spend more to go somewhere more legitimate, it would be worth it to have the work last more than a tenth of its expected time and not to have to spend time being patronised and sworn at. read more

I dont normally write reviews on places, but Arrow Muffler & Auto is the WORST mechanics I have ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional. I had went to them last month to get my AC and window motors fixed. My AC would only blow cold air on the passenger side and hot air on the driver side..my window motor also stopped working on the drivers side. When i took it to Tom who has been working on my family's cars for years. He said he can fix it. A couple days later I get a call saying it's fixed and that i really needed to replace my thermostat/ temp sensor an O2 sensor and that it was important so my check engine light would go off and car would work properly and I should just wait on the windows. So I trusted him and did. $600 later..a week goes by my car stalled out in the middle of an intersection, then once again later that day. I went back to Tom and told him in person and he said I'm busy but bring it back next Wednesday. I came back the scheduled day he told me, he said "has it stalled since"..i said no, he then shrugged his shoulders and very cocky said "well then how can I fix it. "I'm not a psychic"..and that he can't just guess where the problem is coming from. I said then why would you have me drive all the way back here to get it looked at and not tell me this when i came last week. Taken back by this He said well you made it sound like it happened all the time...I said NO i did not. I had told him it happened twice and that it's only been a week. Also i work remotely and don't drive it a lot to know if it would of happened more. Long story short he said there was nothing he can do and that now it was my Cadillac converter that needs to be fixed according to the diagnostic check. Wasted my time and made a joke out of it. I'm not a mechanic and obviously I dont know what they can and can't figure out. He handled it so poorly..but that's not even the worst part. Fast forward 2 more weeks and then my air conditioner doesn't work at all. Now blowing and pumping heat out on BOTH sides. I waited two days hoping it was a fluke so I didn't have to deal with his arrogance again. My boyfriend offered to take it to have it looked at and call. He called arrow muffler and Tom answered. My boyfriend calmly explained the issue with my air and who I was and Tom said well there's nothing we can do. He said"I can look at it next week but I'm not fixing it for free." My boyfriend said well you told her it was fixed and now it's only been less then a month and it's worse then it was before. He said he put Freon in and charged it.."sometimes that can last 3 months sometimes a year." Point is he shouldn't of told me he "fixed" it. He then said I had a leak...so my boyfriend said why wouldn't you tell her that weeks ago then instead of letting her pay for all these other things she didn't come in for. Tom then said well her check engine light was on...and then my boyfriend said well it's still on! So $600 later she still has both issues. Tom then said well I never told her the air was fixed, and after saying this my boyfriend said well Im going to believe her I dont even know you...Tom (the owner) then says well I dont give a F*ck who you believe you fag*ot and you can go F*ck yourself. And hung up. THIS IS THE OWNER. Never again. He got my money and fooled me. Sorry for the long story but I've never been treated so horrible by any mechanic. Never again. read more

These guys did an OUTSTANDING job on our F-150! We had taken it to Kasper Muffler in Laurel Springs and Kasper was much more expensive and the materials were second rate. It all rusted out within 3-4 years. The owner of Arrow, Tom, showed us the 3 different muffler options, which material to choose from, and they placed the chrome tips in perfect symmetry! When Kasper did it, the muffler was showing; but Arrow did an incredibly perfect job on the whole custom muffler and piping. You will not be disappointed!! read more

Used to be the best and cheapest place to get exhaust repairs, but now is a shell of its past. Took my 2010 Jeep in for a new muffler. Was told $110. When I got the car back it was louder than the muffler with the hole in it. Was told I had to take it back the following Monday as the manager wasn't there. The following Monday, the arrogant owner told me they could but another muffler in but still no guarantee. It would cost me an additional $200 and no credit for the one they put on. They just don't care any longer and management is extremely arrogant. Don't expect them to do quality work. Had a friend with a similar issue after recommending them. You can tell just by the people running the place and the look of the place. Absolutely don't recommend any longer after going there for many years under different management. Will not return. read more
