HIGHWAY ROBBERY! We got a quote for 5 - 8 x 12 cracked windows. Got a quote from nick for $175. What we were charged was $875. He charged us $175 per window. The material costs were minimal, and he was here for only 2 hours, which came out to more than $400 per hour. Totally insane and a scam. He claims he quoted for each, but he never said each. He said the small panes were $175, which we thought was for all. When we questioned how he could charge $400 per hour, he said, that was his price. Not only that, but left a mess of broken glass all over the inside of our home and didn't clean up a thing. We got other quotes after he finished, just to see and those quotes were $650 less. Please do not use Nick Shoddy work and expensive. Doesn't stand behind what he does. Mirror in bathroom silver coming off and just a year old. Supposed to fix a shower door took one door off charged me 1200 for a new one and now it leaks. I don't think he knows his business was disappointed when he came should have trusted my gut feeling. Horrible business person, with horrible manners. Called Nick the owner today because the job he did was falling apart. The glass was fine, it's his craftsmanship that is lacking. I went to Arrow initially because the business is in the town I live in. Being a business owner myself, that's what I always do.What a mistake I made. I called today to tell him what was going on with the job he did, he right away said to me that it was over a year ago immediately without looking it up. I said not sure if it's a year or not, but would you take a look at it. He said even 6 months I don't have to do anything. Now I'm disappointed that he is a stone throw away and he won't even come take a look at it. He said he would need to charge me. I asked him would you need to come out every year considering it didn't hold up. No response. He starts to tell me he has been in business for 30 plus years and so on. Maybe over the 30 years his vision has slipped a bit. No worries, I understand, but his defensive personality was unacceptable, especially through these times. Well I got off the phone and looked for my invoice and guess what, it's not over a year that the job has been performed. I would have no problem paying. I understand operating cost, but no way will I give him another dime or recommend him to anyone. It's guys like him that hurt the local business and I own a local business. read more

I did not have an opportunity to utilize their services, but I am extremely happy I did not use them. From the initial conversation, they were extremely rude and thought it would be a good idea to insult me simply because i wanted to pay with American Express. I have dealt with business before who did not accept AE, but never ever have I had anyone call me "pathetic" for paying with AE. Absurdly rude and clearly have no manners or proper social skills. would not recommend to anyone. If i could rate this any lower than this, I would. These are the types of business that do not deserve to stay in business. read more

Hard to find great people like Nick. He came to give me an estimate and came back an hour later to replace my broken window!!!! He is very careful, very neat and very pleasant. He cleaned up after the installation and even replaced chairs to the spot they were in before he started working. His fee was very fair. Highly recommend him. read more

This is a perfect example of how to run a business! We had a bird crash into our front window. My husband stopped in here to see if they could replace the window. They were getting ready to close shortly but stayed open an extra half hour until my husband was able to get back with the original window. We were told it would take two days for the replacement but it actually came in a day early. And my husband was given advice and help on how to reinstall. We couldn't be more pleased. We would recommend this business without hesitation. read more
