He spent long hours making sure the treatments were thoroughly distributed through the foundation as well as around the exterior. They sent me a contract for maintenance. I completed that and returned. We heard nothing back. The next week I called the main office number on 3 occasions. Phone staff were courteous, apologized and said they'd get back to me. None did. I was sent another contract to sign and was told our service could not be scheduled until the agency completed their end of the contract. Ultimately I was given a date for service 2 weeks away and it was apparently only to treat window sills (which was not going to solve the carpenter ants eating a post in a bedroom!). That day I called another company. They sent a technician out that day and treated the problem immediately.

David treated the whole property, and within 24 hours, the mosquitos were gone like they got a cease‑and‑desist. Communication was crystal clear. Pricing was exactly what they said it would be.
