Phone staff were courteous, apologized and said they'd get back to me. None did. I was sent another contract to sign and was told our service could not be scheduled until the agency completed their end of the contract. Ultimately I was given a date for service 2 weeks away and it was apparently only to treat window sills (which was not going to solve the carpenter ants eating a post in a bedroom!).
