It is definitely in your best interest to have Quick Dry in your corner. Maybe not physically, but they have definitely "held my hand" and took care of all the communication that was needed on my behalf with the adjuster. They are a 24 hour service that handles many home emergencies at a time. They only did what the property management did, and then they said it came back negative, so we got a $1500 bill. Be very careful when using this company we never approved for any of the things that they did and yet we got a $1500 bill. And yet we still know there is mold, but they will not do a swap test cause the property management won't allow it.
