We found Combarro and what a find that was. We sat at the bar. Initially, we were the only customers as Thursday was a holiday and today is a "puente" so some Spaniards have a four day weekend.
The food and service were "first class". The bartender, Israel, was a great host. We had Pimentos de Padron (unos pican y otras non), Jamon Iberico, and Anchoas a la plancha with garlic and olive oil and a few beers for me and some red wine for my wife. We shared a flan and a couple of copitas of orujo.
We are going back for dinner.
