Yesterday we had the worst experience, we purchased two ceramic pots for indoor plants we have, when we got home we found that they were too small. Went back to the store immediately, the clerk advised we could not return or exchange for larger pots as it was a final sale, of course we would pay more for the larger pots. She checked with the manager who also said no. So basically 20 mins later we were out $150.00 when all we wanted to do was spend more money. Bye Bye Sheridan and Hello Vandermeer where they have a 30 day return policy on all items all the time.

Oh what a beautiful thing this nursery is, with great quality plants and a diverse selection of indoor and outdoor varieties. The staff is amazing and very knowledgable. They addressed all my questions and spent time walking through some tips that would help me with my garden project.

It does get busy at certain times of the day, but cars come in and out frequently. I first cake here to purchase some beneficial bugs a few months ago to control fungus gnats. It was $0.50/pack (so reasonable) and they're good for many different types of pests. I plan on getting way more of them when they're available. They have an online store and an Etsy shop where you can buy plants online. I haven't purchased any plants from them yet, so can't comment on the quality. But back to me saying they're the sweetest people ever. The owners of John Rose Farm had way too many apples to pick before they went bad. They posted on Instagram saying they were giving away free apples. You could pick it up from their pop-up location. I offered to pick it up there, but the owner said there would be lots of traffic going that way at that time, so she dropped it off at my house instead. Sooooo kind!!! I also know a few people who have worked with them before and said they were really nice people too. Def the kind of local businesses I love to support!

The store is in a beautiful vintage building, airy and spacious. With neatly laid-out, organized product displays, browsing is easy. Their selection of fertilizers, for example, is so wide ranging, both in terms of selection and pricing. It's difficult to know which product to select. The knowledgeable staff was able to answer all my questions, and inform me of the advantages, disadvanges and tips fo using various different products, from soil addiditves to fungicides. Growers World is a newly-opened store, and I was pleased to see that they are planning to offer a range of courses, covering a variety of growing techniques. I recommend this store to both experienced and novice growers, and anyone curious to learn more about it.

I sit in my car for 25 minutes and see the sign has been removed. I go back and the store is all locked up. No one around. It's 1:43pm now. Terrible business ethic, extremely unreliable, and will never see any more of my business. So on my way home I found a different place and spent my $1300 on a new complete tent set up and now they will get my business.
