Recently, I purchased an ANDERSEN window, pvc trim. The window came in damaged, which was…read morereplaced. River head then lost the pvc trim which was supposed to be delivered with the window. It took months to get the trim. A call to the manufacturer said the trim is available immediately. So..... why so long???? This delayed the project. After 5 months we finally got the window installed only to find that one of the screens was damaged. River head required me to purchase a new screen and be reimbursed if they determined that I did not damage it. Well I picked up the screen but they said they couldn't reimburse me until Monday. We will see if they get this right. I have little confidence at this point I hope this isn't how they treat all their customers. Needless to say, I'm not impressed.
