I had water pouring into the crawl space of my home. Two different companies told me it was ground water and wanted to do expensive core drilling and other maintenance for thousand and thousands of dollars. I called Arnold Inspection services and Brock came out and found that a broken rain gutter was allowing water to come through over the foundation stem wall. I had the gutter immediately repaired. This is by far the best inspection service i have ever received. The father and son team were incredibly thorough and thoughtful and worked so hard to uncover everything going on in the home. But beyond that, they were available for several months after the inspection to answer questions and concerns. In fact, 8 months after the inspection, I kept hearing a pumping noise that i couldn't identify. After brining in several plumbers all of who were unable to figure it out, I called Brock who immediately offered to come by after hours and investigate free of charge. He spent over an hour at the property and figured out the issue (an issue that stumped many others). When they say that they care, they really mean it.
