Shoddy workmanship at twice the price. Used to be good but lost all their good people because of the marina "manager". Speaking of which, he's THE reason for the ongoing decline. NASTY temper, horrible with customers, in WAY over his head & seems to have a problem with "cocktails". Very unfriendly atmosphere there. There are WAY better marina's on Sodus Bay.

Here I am again could not make time to cover the boat.. AGAIN they saved the day took my boat out of a frozen ditch to get it shrink wrapped and even serviced the out drive I've been neglecting. I admit I should not be so last minute with everything I do. No one should ever ask or even expect anyone to return a call when you call last minute the way I did. These people truly care. There wonderful to deal with. Darren should get the key to the damn city for being such an awesome person. I had wanted to see the slip they wanted to move me to and when I went to take my ski out they had moved it without the key. On top of that the pool club was not what I expected. My other big complaint is their hours, I would call ahead to confirm hours, especially when putting in or taking out my ski, when I was told they would be there until a certain time and then I made the trip and they had a sign up stating staff had left early. Hoping management will contact me pertaining to these issues during Summer 2024 season.
