At Arney's Garage here in Temecula, CA the good news is they repair all brands of motorcycles including Harley Davidson. I have taken my custom Harley there a few times and had good relations ONLY with the mechanics albeit high turnover...NOT the owner, Arney. I had only originally taken my bike there because their fees are typically less than the competition. But, like any organization, the owner needs to set the example. Either good or bad it trickles, obviously, down the ladder to the rest of the employees. "Good" equals long employee retention and happy customers..."Bad" equals short employee retention and unhappy customers. Thus, the REALLY bad news is management's total lack of professionalism that is off the chart unacceptable. Yesterday's last confrontation with the owner pushed me over the edge. Arney's customer service skills are 0. Not worth saving a couple of dollars to be yelled "at" and argued "at" with a calm customer...me!!!! Owning in the past a very successful Customer skills / Sales training business I easily recognize EXTREMELY poor customer relation skills. I have to say, though, they had to have been better at one time for him to build a business but now I think he needs to retire and save all of us a lot of grief. So, in conclusion, only take your motorcycle here to Arney's Garage in Temecula, CA if you are a masochist and enjoy personal humiliation. And good luck with that. read more

My husband made an appointment for our ATV, it took well over a month to get in, so when the time came he called to verify all was ready to go. The rudeness of the owner was unbelievable (Arney). He had the wrong time, expected us to drop off at the hours when we were at work. Didn't have the parts in stock; why even ask ? you specifically asked make, year and model to make sure everything was ready? The one star reviews are right on with this shop. I think when people have issues its THIS .. rude customer service, lies about scheduling to cover himself (note: its not covering yourself its just showing your true character), blames the customer NOT himself .... why would you expect people to still come and drop your off road vehicles to work on with this kind of behavior? I own a 2018 Ninja ZX - 14R ABS SE. For whatever reason Kawasaki did not factory install a quick shifter. I bought a Healtech Quickshifter Easy. As I am very particular as to whom works on my bike it took me a while to determine Arney's Motorcycle Garage was my best option. This motorcycle garage is very professional and took the time to install it correctly with a very clean install. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the mechanic that work on my ride; Bill. He is very knowledgeable and did a superior job. I called Arnie asking if he could help. Not only did he have my favorite tires in stock (Dunlop Q3), he was able to install them on short notice, and give me a competitive price. I brought my motorcycle in for new brakes. I brought very cheap pads with me, and Arney told me two things: 1) don't but those really cheap pads, and 2) your brakes are fine and don't require replacement yet. He could have said a lot of things to get my money. He didnt. He has integrity. Highly recommended. read more
