April and her husband own the agency and are in my area which is another nice feature, the personalized touch of customer service is huge in my book. Luckily with Allstate you don't rely solely on Jason's office. You can add cars with the customer service line of Allstate. I have my homeowners insurance with Allstate, a different agent anytime I call that agent if they don't answer I leave message within an hour they usually call back. Big difference between the 2 agents. Maybe I just need help when they are never open or just bad luck.
