I messaged my barber to ask if they could do anything to help me and was politely told no. I desperately needed a haircut and took a chance on BK's. I am SO glad that I did because I met Quin who gave me an awesome haircut and was very empathetic towards me and my problems. I am considering leaving my current barber and coming to Quin permanently because of this. Gotta love the fact that you don't have to pay for parking outside of BK's either.

And furthermore we were constantly recommended by people and said tony is the best but what we didn't know is that he doesn't even cut kids hairs that are under 6 or 5. He will pawn you off to the other stylist because he doesn't do little kids hair cuts! Own up to you mistakes! I understand a child moving a little but if you pride your self in being the best with children then regardless of him moving his hair shouldn't look like my 4 year old went at him with a pair of scissors. I was happy with my sons first hair cut but this is beyond repair and it is ridiculous that you would lie and blame a child over the incompetence of a stylist, which by the way afterwards everyone told me she's the worse there. If she didn't know how to do the hair cut all she had to do was admit to it! We even had pictures of him with the hair cut as reference and has sat down for them perfectly fine. I'll stick to Rust belt on Elmwood!
