The only reasons why I avoided it were because they're by appointment only and they're not a walking distance from my office. I'd say the fact that they don't have time for walk-ins says it all. My hair was getting awkwardly long. Add a long black beard to that and I wasn't looking like a guy who wears a button down shirt to work every day. My fiancé, knowing how stubborn I am, made the appointment for me. I arrived 15 min early. I was hoping to crack open a cold beverage while I waited but Zach was ready to go. He spent his time understanding what I wanted and brought it to reality. Best haircut I've ever gotten. And my first beard trim was a success. It's honestly the first haircut I've gotten in a while where I didn't make some at-home adjustments. You can tell a mile away these guys have passion for their craft. Add that to their involvement with the community and the benefits they provide vets and active service members, I will not get a haircut anywhere else.

I messaged my barber to ask if they could do anything to help me and was politely told no. I desperately needed a haircut and took a chance on BK's. I am SO glad that I did because I met Quin who gave me an awesome haircut and was very empathetic towards me and my problems. I am considering leaving my current barber and coming to Quin permanently because of this. Gotta love the fact that you don't have to pay for parking outside of BK's either.

Aaron has been here since the late 80's and before that he was across the street. I guess this amount of time in job explains why I got such a good haircut. So they butcher my sons hair and then try to blame him on moving and being "uncontrollable" when my…read morehusband calmed him within 2 minutes before the stylist in the middle station even touched him! He has bald spots and the worse fade I have ever seen! And she piled what seems like a pound of product and styled it in order for the mistakes not to show! I private message them regarding my discontent only to be told that it wasn't the stylist fault and that it was my "uncontrollable" child that was moving around the "whole" time and it took her nearly an hour to finish, saying they had to calm him down with suckers when my son doesn't eat sweets! So on top the wack job on my sons head they want to lie and blame it on him! When my husband settled him down after a couple minutes with a cartoon video he sat still the whole time, but want to lie and say it took an hour to cut his hair! And furthermore we were constantly recommended by people and said tony is the best but what we didn't know is that he doesn't even cut kids hairs that are under 6 or 5. He will pawn you off to the other stylist because he doesn't do little kids hair cuts! Own up to you mistakes! I understand a child moving a little but if you pride your self in being the best with children then regardless of him moving his hair shouldn't look like my 4 year old went at him with a pair of scissors. I was happy with my sons first hair cut but this is beyond repair and it is ridiculous that you would lie and blame a child over the incompetence of a stylist, which by the way afterwards everyone told me she's the worse there. If she didn't know how to do the hair cut all she had to do was admit to it! We even had pictures of him with the hair cut as reference and has sat down for them perfectly fine. I'll stick to Rust belt on Elmwood! The only reason why he was even taken here is because they were booked and so many people kept saying take him to Tony's! -also I private messaged Tony regarding this because I didn't want to leave a comment on his business page but after the disrespect and ignorance I decided to review him. after this a lot of people have come to me and said that they stopped going to Tony's because of the inconsistency with haircuts!
