We were also told to come back In about 30 days to have some other work done and so they could inspect the vehicle which was due in November. My son called to ask why plate has not been mailed their story changes... They said they would never let a car off the lit without a plate and the registration is what gets mailed. They blamed my son for losing plate... I followed my son off the lot... I thought it was odd they're wasn't a plate but since I don't but cars often I didn't think anything of it. Now they want my son to go to dmv to get a new plate! He's been in touch with a notary who looked at the pink slip and said it's a mess and isn't even signed! This dealership best make this right or we will be in touch with the PA license and registration depts and attorney General as well as take any legal action nessasary.

Thankfully we didn't complete the purchase before finding out what kind of people run this place. Girlfriend went to look at a car and liked it for the price. Took her vehicle down to get her trade appraised. They under appraised, but we didn't care because it still seemed like a good deal. They agreed on a price and she was going to sign the paper work in a few days. On a whim she decided to do a Car Fax and discovered that the car had water damage 2017 and a recall from 2019 that was never fixed. They hid that information and never disclosed it to her. When she called and asked the the owner (Mike Jr?) about it, he just kind of shrugged it off and said, "oh, it wasn't that bad". After that she decided that it might still be worth it and asked them to fix the recall. They said it would take a few days. Almost a week later she follows up after not hearing from them to which they tell her "we didn't think you wanted the car because of the water damage, so we didn't fix the recall". So, they are going to try to sell the vehicle to someone else with that recall still unfixed. That's shady, right? No thanks. We will take our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

They mask problems with their cars and do not allow you to take the car you decided on and get a mechanic to check it out. It has cost me today 3500 in repairs and I have put less then 40 miles on the car cause it's been in the shop. The oil leakwas hidden it was so bad that the engine almost ceased from gaskets it was was hidden the throttle control sensor had to be replaced which was dangerous when your driving and the engine suddenly quits and ABS control box replaced. The warning engine control light was tampered by this company so you don't get a warning light and when your car breaks down on a highway and you bring into a shop it's to late.
