Absolutely terrible experience. This place is unbelievably unprofessional…read more I tried FOUR different times to book a massage and was never actually able to get one. I kept getting the runaround from the one employee who speaks English, and communication overall was a mess. Another staff member was supposedly available at times, but every single time I showed up, she "wasn't there" or suddenly couldn't take me. What's even worse is that I drove there FIVE separate times after calling ahead and being told I had an appointment--only to arrive and be told no one could see me. Who runs a business like this? It's a complete waste of time and honestly feels disrespectful. The staff was disorganized, dismissive, and at times just plain rude. There is clearly no real scheduling system, no accountability, and no regard for customers. This place feels shady and unreliable, and I will absolutely never be back. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Aside from giving an outstanding and effective massage, she was so friendly and funny!!! I am now relocated to the area. At work, I I often spend 14 hour days several days a week on my feet, and after a few months or so they ACHE, especially in my heel, which is not the easiest place to kneed, but Ortavia delivered. She also preformed some reflexology...it was literally like a new set of feet. This experience was over a year ago, but now living in the area, I already knew I'd be returning here for my regular foot massages...and I'm due for one soon!! can't wait

Wow, in disbelief of my experience here. They are unprofessional, unethical, and lack care for…read moretheir customers. They dodged my calls and texts for days to avoid helping me resolve an issue that happened during my visit. It seems this establishment cares more about filling their pockets than ensuring their clients are truly cared for all the way through. I believe they have kept money that is not theirs and were unwilling to work with me on a resolution. I reserved online and invested $135 for a 1.5 hour massage. I came in and was provided 1 hour- $90 value. I was late and informed them of my tardiness and they said it was ok. The masseuse mentioned they would be able to provide the additional paid time the following day as they had additional appointments. I believed them and we scheduled a time . They proceeded to ignore all my communication after this. Eventually the owner emailed me after I replied to one of their many promotional emails. I was called to come in and we scheduled a time. I show up and they said they never scheduled me and no mention of a refund or any resolution or anything that happened was mentioned. I just gave up. I believe they may try their best, but knowingly keeping money that is not theirs (for services not provided) is not ok. It could have been resolved so easily. Where are your ethics & morals? I do not recommend coming in. There are many other massage establishments nearby with top level reviews that run their places with fairness and true care for people.

Marcia, in particular, does absolute magic with her hands -- her work is the main reason I keep coming back. That said, the scheduling has been a consistent source of frustration. On multiple occasions, I've been contacted last minute and asked to shift my appointment earlier or later after I'd already coordinated time off work. Other times, I've shown up only to find that my appointment had "fallen off the books" or been scheduled over entirely. Today was unfortunately another example. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early after taking off work and driving 1.5 hours across Atlanta, only to be told, "I'm sorry, I don't see you on the schedule." Normally I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume user error on my end, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off. While everyone is super friendly, the front desk feels overwhelmed and disorganized, and it directly impacts the customer experience. There's a lot of potential here, and the actual services are great -- I just wish the scheduling side matched the quality of the care.
