Thanks for your great assistance in helping me find parts for my truck cover and staying there…read moreuntil I had what I needed and made sure that I had the right parts.

Terrible - Terrible - Terrible - Terrible. The office manager Alex needs a lesson in communication…read moreskills. Doesn't like her job. They had the camper over 3 months to have all the service needed. The first time she communicated with me after the initial drop off is when she sent the estimate to my email. After more than several attempts to contact her through the initial email thread I had to call her. When I talked to her over the phone, she had attitude like I was bothering her with asking questions about the repairs. One of the problems I had asked multiple times was to check all the lights on the camper, I had no brake, turn, running, and taillights. Long story short she gave me static about it and finally said over the phone "the technician checked all the lights and everything works fine. She said when you come to pick it up the technician will assist you to show that everything works. Needless to say, when we plugged it in to the truck nothing worked. We had to have the technician troubleshoot the problem. Turns out the plug was bad along with the wires to the taillights were all torn up by rats...moral of this story they were never checked in the first place...she never communicated that to the technicians. Also, I had the wheel bearings serviced and re-packed, and you can see in the pictures how I found one when I pulled the cover to check that they indeed did the work that they charged me $500.00+ The bearing cover was laying inside the Lugnut cover. We should have taken it to Fun Town in Wharton to get it worked on since that's where we bought the camper. Least their service department is friendly and accommodating with them being open late and on Saturdays. Hope this helps anyone that's thinking about getting work done here.
