She had her guys take my truck to the back and look and make sure all the specs are right and make sure all the bolts on gooseneck hitch were tight .The chain hook ups were bent, and she help me out by replacing just the chain hook ups for the gooseneck hitch. He got straight to the job and worked diligently. The cleaning is very intricate so it takes a few hours and I promise it's so worth it! My cars look like new and they smell good too!

After 4 hours they said that they could not get the system to calibrate and that we needed to take it to the nearest dealer (2 hours away!). Having no choice, we made an appointment, took it in and were informed that someone had touched the camera system throwing it out of spec and that it would need to be replaced at a cost of almost $3000. Texas Glass has refused to take any responsibility even though the system worked fine before they worked on it and doesn't work now. I very strongly recommend staying as far from this business as possible. Zero star's are too many.

I have had the absolute WORST experience with Texan glass of Victoria! Barbara, in the office, was…read morerude, condescending, and incompetent! First she told me that they would not be able to get the glass for my windshield at all. When I called my dealership to find out what was going on, I was told that Texan Glass wasn't ordering my windshield because I have a newer model of vehicle and the dealership was unwilling to sell it to them below cost (what the dealership pays for it). When I called back I was assured that they had found a different dealership to order the glass from...ok, fine...I don't really care where they get the glass from as long as it in one piece and gets installed...it then took Barbara over 2 WEEKS to get the information to my dealership so they could get the vehicle in and repeat the module (newer vehicle and bells and whistles ) I was able to get an appointment today to get the windshield relearned. I go to collect my keys and vehicle and was told that Texan Glass was REFUSING to pay the dealership for the relearn because they did not reprogram the module. What Barbara doesn't know is that I am a warranty administrator fo GM (my vehicle is a GM vehicle). As per GM, when you replace the windshield, a technician must relearn the module to the windshield which is completely different than reprogramming the module. To relearn, you follow a series of steps and move on. Reprogramming is only necessary if the module has been removed or replaced, which was not the case. I had to pay out of pocket to get my vehicle...$120 I most definitely would not recommend Texan glass to anyone!! I've had a much better experience with C&M auto glass out of Bay City!
