Came in spur of the moment, they fixed my plumbing leak, filled up my propane, and I was out in 10 minutes!! Thanks for the great service!

I had the pleasure of spending some quality time today at this dealership. Everyone I ran into was…read morepleasant and professional and actually seem to care about me as person. There is no doubt I would recommend them just because of their professionalism but I am resoundingly endorsing them because of their products. In my opinion if someone is looking for a lightweight unit they need to go online and seriously look at this store's inventory. Product is short on supply but that doesn't mean you research and that doesn't mean you can't order what you want. I love the Flagstaff line as well as the Winnebago products and the Stryker is a nice toy hauler while Cruiser Aire is a solid product in its price point. However the product that I'm very excited about are the E pros by Flagstaff and the No Bo by No Boundary. This is my recommendation; go see Matt if you're looking for your first trailer, your last trailer or for that matter your next trailer. I know Matt and I know he knows his stuff inside and out. He cares about his customers and he doesn't lie or tell a bunch of stories. You can trust him! He won't come at you with a whole bunch additional fee - just tax title and license.

The unit pretty much sold me the unit. Sales manager is very pushy. I bought multiple trucks and two RVs. I've never been treated so disrespectful at a dealership definitely would not return to this place.

Anytime there's an RV show, I'm going to have a great time. If you have an RV, you're always…read morelooking for your next one. So we checked out the annual show in San Antonio. Two vehicles you can think about: Newmar Dutch Star - all you ever wanted in a motor coach. Literally. My wife was outraged with the fact it didn't have a fireplace. The salesman said "the floor is heated." "Problem" solved, ha ha. By the way, the salesman wasn't doing anything. He didn't have to. I sat down in the recliner and had no desire to move. That vehicle is nicer than most people's homes, which it should be for the significant price. Then there's the Grand Design 380FL. The roof - the Blue Compass salesperson let us hit a sample of the roof with a hammer. It did no damage. It has a lifetime warranty on an RV roof. Let that sink in. It's a great, great vehicle with tons of space and a marvelous front living room. It costs - about as much as you'd expect. A really nice 5th wheel. My wife wanted it but getting a truck for it would cost me almost as much as the 5th wheel. This is not a major RV show - the Florida SuperSale is going on this week & I'm sure the Austin show is coming soon. It is good enough and I dont have to go far to see premium vehicles.

Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

They got us in right away but had to finish the work the next day so we were able to stay in the small rv park Adjacent to the shop in pipe creek.
