While I ultimately needed surgery (successful!), Dr. Marino took great care of me through those months. He is so caring & responsive. He truly listens. He fully explained what was wrong and tried to find solutions. While they didn't work in my case, I know I was much more comfortable that I would have been without his intervention. He & his staff are really wonderful. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

What a waste of time and money!…read more I was able to schedule an appointment quickly at this location which is the only positive thing that I can say. I had my appointment with Dr. Moran I waited over 20 minutes for the doctor to come inside the room, After telling him only half of the symptoms he interrupted me and told me to lay down. He examined 1 leg even though I was there for both knees. He spent less than 4 minutes with me and told me it was nothing serious- even though I am in a lot of pain. I now need to make an appointment somewhere else and pay another copay because I do not trust his opinion at all. If you are thinking about coming here....I urge you to look the doctors ratings beforehand- something I wish I had done.

Let me cut right to it. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kim (Milford walk in) for over 20…read moreyears. Overall she is a very nice person and doctor. However the office and the employees are another story. Most are interns that come and go. Let me say that the relationship you think you have with your physician can quickly be ruined especially when you have an issue or question. This happened to me today. I simply called and spoke to Wendy about a couple of office visits. Some of these visits were less then 3min. I perfectly understand insurance but requested to speak with Dr. Kim on a issue. When that happens it turns into money not the relationship. Wendy quickly got back on the phone and stated she spoke to Dr. Kim and she said unfortunately she cannot do anything. All I wanted was a quick chat. In conclusion look for at least a more up to date, private, professional office. I never really felt any of these factors until I was treated like a number today and not a 20+ year patient. I will never return to this office.

These people need anger management and a class in etiquette..unbelievable how these people treat patients! I couldn't run fast enough from this practice after my last visit!!
