If you are reading this review and you've just severed your finger and it is a mangled mess, get…read moreyourself to Methodist Dallas because Dr. Clark is the person you want to see. He's the hand surgeon on staff there. I severed my finger and lacerated my middle finger pretty good and originally went to Methodist Richardson, but since there was no hand surgeon there, I was sent by ambulance to Methodist Dallas. I didn't know at the time, but Dr. Clark was in surgery. The whole time I was thinking, "When am I going to go into surgery? Where is this hand surgeon." I also didn't realize that there was another surgery between when I arrived there and my surgery late that evening. On top of that, I was told later that there were two more surgeries to follow mine. What a day for Dr. Clark, but he pulled off my surgery from 11pm to 2am with precision and care. He was explaining what would go down in the surgery and said he would need to repair the tendon and nerve. Cadaver nerve. Me, being the goof I am said, "What are the chances that the cadaver nerve is cursed and eventually my hand will try to kill me?" Without hesitation, Dr. Clark said, "Zero percent," in a no-nonsense tone of voice. Of course at that time, I didn't know he was in work mode and he had more surgeries ahead of him with several behind him just that day. My skin graft took fabulously and my revision amputation is healing nicely. It's been 9 weeks and everything is healing better than expected. Dr. Clark said, "I wish I could take credit for it, that my skill is what is the reason, but God created you to heal quickly. With a lot of blood flow comes a lot of healing." Dr. Clark is one of the nicest surgeons you'll ever meet. If you know surgeons, you'll know that they are not the kindest people out there. Some people say it comes with the job. You won't find that here, Dr. Clark is here to do good work and put you at ease with his kind bedside manner. Thanks Dr. Clark!

I had to call MULTIPLE times just to get pain medicine and had 2 sleepless nights waiting on pain medicine to be sent. 4. If/when any rates changes like your total pay for visit, they won't update you on that until your done. 5. I called MULTIPLE times to talk to the dr. THE BEST PLASTIC SURGEON…read more "Dr. Young was my third consultation, and as the saying goes, the third time's the charm. From the very beginning, Dr. Young and her staff truly listened to my concerns and patiently answered all the questions I brought to my consultation. Once they got my procedure approved through my insurance, I had additional questions. When I called the office, they immediately accommodated me with another consultation where Dr. Young addressed everything in detail. I had my procedure on 11/13/2024, and Dr. Young did an exceptional job. Her follow-up care has been outstanding, and her bedside manner is one of the best I've ever experienced. She genuinely cares about her patients, and it's easy to see why she's considered one of the top plastic surgeons in Texas. My results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier that she was my surgeon. The office staff is equally amazing. They respond to emails promptly and even completed my Leave of Absence paperwork before I finished my portion. I highly recommend Dr. Young and her team to anyone. She is simply the BEST. Thank you, Dr. Young, for all that you do!"

I am pleased with the results so far. Over and above service! - During his European vacation this week, Dr Lee took the time to call and text multiple times to make sure that I was progressing well in my recovery. I was just amazed. Dr Lee is an expert at his craft and takes the time to educate his patients about the treatment plan. He shows a great deal of patience in answering all questions before, during and after procedures. I have also had my first Fotana4D and Nightlase treatments; my skin is improving and tightening as my collagen is increasing. Advanced Surgical Arts has definitely gained my loyalty for all of my future cosmetic treatments and surgical needs.
