They set me up and I would only hear from them when it came time to renew each year. As the insurance industry went to complete crap in California, Think Insurance did not have my back at all. They sat there and watched my rates go up and up. They also sat there and did nothing as Mercury cancelled my home policy due to the age of my home, even though I provided documentation from contractors stating that my home was in good order. Think Insurance's solution was to set me up with another company that was more than double of what I originally paid. You can tell that the agents working there are just as frustrated as me. I completely blame the management who I asked to reach out to me at various times. They never did. Terrible management...terrible company.
