Austin met us at the door and immediately set the tone for the entire experience. His professionalism and warmth gave us complete confidence that we had chosen the right place. Cameron, our party host, was exceptional. He ensured every child was attended to, drinks and popcorn never ran low, and the energy stayed high from start to finish. His attentiveness was impressive and did not go unnoticed. Credit also belongs to Thannuel, the manager, whose leadership was evident throughout. It was clear that nothing was left to chance. Every detail was accounted for, and the entire operation ran seamlessly under his oversight. This is a well-run establishment with a team that takes pride in their work. We will absolutely return.

The Patagonia store in South End Charlotte is a large, beautifully designed retail space and…read moredefinitely worth stopping into if you're already exploring the area. The store itself is spacious and well organized, with a good selection of Patagonia's outdoor apparel and gear. Everything is displayed nicely and the environment feels clean and inviting, making it easy to browse. That said, the pricing is full retail, and Patagonia products can be pretty expensive. Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area where Patagonia outlet stores are more common, I'm used to finding better deals. Because of that, I'm a bit hesitant to pay full price and tend to compare with other outdoor retailers like REI, where you can sometimes find similar gear at more competitive prices. The South End location itself is lively and fun to explore, with lots of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and dessert spots. It's a great area to walk around and make a few stops while you're there. Parking can be a bit challenging in South End, especially during busy times, so plan accordingly. Insider tip: If Patagonia runs a seasonal sale, this would be a great place to come back and browse again. Overall, a nice store in a great neighborhood--definitely worth a look if you're already shopping or dining in South End.

We drove an hour and will be doing so forward to come here. We were assisted by Juliette and the owner with the utmost care. The recommendations were spot on and we were amazed by how straight her feet were and how she wasn't falling in the shoes. The fitting process was very low stress and truly excellent from these women and my under two granddaughter had a fantastic experience!! This is definitely worth the drive and the shoe/ sneaker/ sandals/ water friendly and dress selection were amazing!!! We will be back!!
