Between missed pick ups,…read moredeceptive billing practices, property damage, claim denials, and horrendous customer service on top of it all, I can't think of anything positive to say about Priority Waste. They publicly apologize blaming weather and excess yard debris on missed pick ups. I call BS, they miss pick ups all the time....this isn't just a single week issue.... This is an all year issue. So much so, I have a missed pickup complaint saved in my notes so I can copy/paste/submit. They also have a complicated billing/payment processing system where you accrue late fees that they downright refuse to waive. They don't make it easy to pay quarterly. Their drivers have hit my recycling can, knocked it over and left the debris all over my yard. Also, I have seen them throw my recycling in the garbage and I watch them like a hawk. It's difficult to get in touch with a real person on the phone and the wait times are long. Their recycling truck took my reselling package that was placed next to my mailbox with a note for USPS pickup. My recycling can is no where near my mailbox and had already been collected that day. I chased the truck down, miraculously no damage to my item aside from the box being crushed. I had to go out and purchase a new box due to their negligence, cancel and repurchase a new shipping label, and repackage an already difficult to pack item. They refused to pay for the new packaging after they crushed mine. I'd give Priority Waste no stars if I could! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
