The person who worked there was very nice, but they stated that they would no longer dry clean or wash the items I brought to them. It was my understanding that is why places like this are needed for items that cannot be washed or dried in a washer or dryer at someone's house. Not only did we loose out on clothes and money spent when they burnt down the first time that they never fully reimbursed but I recently had clothes taken in asking for a specific service not only did they mess up the clothes but when I asked to either have the clothes they ruined either reimbursed or my money back that I paid for for the service I specifically asked for I was told that it wasn't their fault that I brought my clothes in like that and took no responsibility for their screw up.. horrible customer service if you ask me.. either these people need to be trained on specific services offered and asked for thoroughly AGAIN or you need to hire people who know what their doing. And if you are going to continue to screw up at least do the right thing and give our money back... never again
