First the time notice, I have no time to make another appointment, second he has been with this doctor for more than a year with the same insurance, third the person that call to inform us of this was very unprofessional and basically said that because they are having a problem getting paid from the insurance company which is not a patients issue. Money over patient care. What happened to the oath of do no harm, by not able to keep this appointment he is at risk for infection. Cristina who I set up the appointment with through email sent me paperwork to fill out, specifically stating so I did NOT have to fill it out at the office, trying to make things easier for me the patient, which is always appreciated but however Brianna without checking with anyone decided that I needed to fill out new paperwork because it's the 2nd day of a new year, even though NOTHING HAS CHANGED, not even their forms have changed. I did not appreciate her little powertrip, no one on earth wants to go to a urologist, no one, so there is no reason to make things more difficult just to make them more difficult.
