Very unfriendly staff and doctor. I saw Dr. Larson and his picture should have the caption of "No bedside manner". Thankfully my procedure was not too serious, but I felt the doctor was cold and uninterested. I definitely won't be returning. read more

Literally, my exact same experience! Was told 2 weeks, no call from the office after surgery. When I did call, they told me it would be a month before I could get in for removal! no follow up, no visit after surgery. Exact same experience! read more

Stephen Larson is a liar. I was admitted to Thunderbird Hospital with a 12mm stone and septic. I had emergency surgery and Stephen Larsen and his staff before surgery had asked if I had questions or concerns. I stated I have had a stent in the past and it's hard to do anything and how long would I need to have the stent. Stephen Larsen promised me I would be back in two weeks to blast the stone and take the stent out. So today I get a call from the surgical scheduling team and they stated they couldn't get me in til September 30. I asked why and they stated Stephen Larsen is on vacation and this is all they could do. I stated I was in extreme pain and discomfort and I am having a difficult time at work due to the pain. She came and stated this is all we have and we can bring you in for an appointment. Again I was told only two weeks and it would be taken care of. After surgery no one from the team went and talked to my family or me. Then I was admitted due to being septic so the nurse called their office to let them know and they stated oh well we have signed off on her and to deal with it. Seriously my infection and my high fever was due to the 12mm stone. Their office staff are rude and have no manners like Stephen Larsen he has no bed side manners at all. I would highly recommend not going to this office period. I have a stent and a 12mm stone still in my kidney and in serve pain and they don't give a crap about their patients. read more

Had an appointment to discuss what i thought was a potentially significant problem. Met with a PA who seemed very understanding and scheduled multiple blood tests. Returned for the follow up appointment they set and was asked by the physician, Stephen Larsen, 'Why are you even here, we treat real problems'. Apparently my issue didnt rate for him. Insult to injury received yet another bill almost 6 months later for a $30 office co-pay. Paid to avoid having to deal with this practice again, have found a much better alternative and would never consider them again. read more

Just read all the bad reviews of this place they are spot on..the Dr I saw was passive aggressive, I felt like I was being interviewed by a detective trying to catch me in something. Only went there once and that was enough. read more

I've been calling the office for four days to get a simple Dr. note to excuse me from work after surgery I had seven days ago. Each day the person on the phone says they see the note but it is never sent to me. If the office is run so poorly that they can't even send a patient a letter then consider the frustration one will put up with on other things. I see Dr Pandey at the Glendale office, which is about 25 to 30 miles from my home. So it will be very inconvenient to drive all that way just to show up in person to get a letter that could be easily emailed to me. The office doesn't care about the patient. read more

Listen to the reviews. This practice is horrible! Waited over a month for an appt. They called me 2 weeks before to tell me the dr wouldn't be in and I could see a nurse practitioner. I said sure. Showed up to my appt and no one was there. No receptionist, no doctors. No one. So I walked to the back and heard the nurse NP with another patient. I waited 20 minutes when the receptionist walks through the door with a stupid look on her face and said "I was not expecting anyone to be here". Ridiculous to say the least. I'm going to be switching asap. read more

I need to cancel my appointment. Been trying to call for over a day and no one picks up. They say leave a message but then say the box is full and hangs up. What kind of business has a message box that is full? No doubt they charge me for the no show. Certainly won't reschedule here. What a scam. read more

This BUSINESS is the worst run BUSINESS I've ever experienced with a doctor. They, not me, scheduled me for an appointment I never requested, THEN, charged me $25.00 for a no show. Okay, mistakes happen. I called their office three (3) times and left detailed messages about their mistake, but no one, in over 6 weeks, has reached out to me to correct the mistake. I wrote Dr. Larson a letter, paid almost $10.00 to have it certified with a return receipt. The post office returned my letter to me stating they could not deliver it. No explanation. So I drove the 25 miles to hand deliver the letter. Still no response or reach back to me. NOTHING. The doctors are fine, the staff okay, but the BUSINESS side of the practice is terrible. All the schooling the doctors completed is useless if patients do not want to return, because of their BUSINESS practices. Be aware of this if you are considering this practice. I won't consider ever going back. Too bad. I made all the efforts to correct their mistake. read more

I was there for a follow up. Alexis Stephens an NP came in to talk to me. We talked about a few things. See left the room and started talking semi low to the MA I believe . She raised her voice and said "well she's huge." After she said that she started conversating with a lower voice again. Yes I was the only female patient, yes Im plus size, but the MA came in with my paperwork and wanted a urine sample. After that I left and called yesterday as my appt was May 12, 2025. After I called to put the complaint in, the girl said she would let the office manager know. Linda did call and apologize, but going there for approx 3-4 when they were next to Arrowhead Mall. I don't think I will go back because I was not in there for my weight. If she wants to work with overweight people she's in the wrong field. I highly don't recommend Arizona Urology as they have several offices and don't know who you will see. Just my opinion. read more

The wait time at the Goodyear location is unexceptionable. You will wait in the front office for about 1.5 hours. Then another 30 to 45 minutes in an examination room to see Dr Pandey. This office has no respect for a patients time. If I could I would rate this office a negative 5 stars. read more

Terrible experience, I went there and the doctor that saw me told me I had two options, to go to the hospital where his colleague worked out of to get a procedure done or to wait a couple days to schedule my procedure at a different facility and he would do my procedure. With those being my given options I was told the procedure to be done would be to break up my kidney stones, remove one, and then place a stent IF NECESSARY and that there would be minimal discomfort and pain. So I agreed and headed to the hospital only to find out that the procedure had changed and nobody was planning on discussing it with me. Dr Jain, who was the urologist performing the procedure made no effort to communicate any of this with me until I flipped out on a nurse and told them I'm not having any procedure done without speaking to my doctor Face to face about this procedure, THAT IS MY RIGHT! THAT IS INCLUDED IN THEIR AGREEMENTS WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES!! He called me to minimally explain the procedure and told me that I'd be having a stent placed and that I would return to have this stent removed when they remove my kidney stone and that my life could return to normal after that. Now I've found out that when this stent is removed that another one will have to be put in place of that one, IM LEARNING THIS A WHOLE FUCKING WEEK AFTER MY INITIAL PROCEDURE HAS BEEN COMPLETED! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! HOW UNETHICAL! I will be contacting the medical board over this because I am BEYOND disgusted with my care from Arizona Urology. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, protect your body, and know what they are doing. Remember it's not our jobs to explain these things to ourselves as we are not educated in these fields, it's their job, that's why our insurance company pays them so much fucking money. I wish that I could go to another provider to have this finished and that I wasn't stuck with this place. Also I'm no stranger to anesthesia, I've had several procedures done in the past with no residual side effects, this procedure left me with severe postoperative myalgia though, it was not fun. AND these clowns prescribed me ZERO pain medications even though I asked my nurse for it at the hospital, and they didn't do anything about it until I had to call and ask for it. You would think that they would know it's standard procedure to send someone home with pain meds after they shove a tube up your dick! read more

Everything seemed great minus the grumpy front desk woman. My husband was seeing a doc and I sat in the waiting room watching her. Very cold and acted like everyone that came in was bothering her. She should look into getting a job without having to serve patients. read more

Dr. Pandey and his staff do not listen. He performed an unnecessary surgical procedure because he did not listen to me and did not read my last hospital records. Then when the automated reminder call for an appointment ask me to press 2 if I could not make the appointment, or needed to reschedule, I did. That was ignored and I was sent a bill for $100 for being a no show. I called the billing dept. and the automated system said they would get back to me. It has been over a week and still no response. read more

I had a great experience with this office. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and insured I was well informed about my visit. I was seen in a timely manner despite the waiting area being fairly full. They seem very well organized. Both the PA and the MD are very straight forward, upfront and honest about my procedure, even though it sounds a bit unpleasant. I really appreciate their honesty. I would prefer more medical professionals be this open and honest about a patient's condition and procedures to face. Great folks. read more

Not only did I have to wait on hold for 37min to reschedule an appt, but on the day of the appt I called to verify it was zoom and they said no it's in office . When I arrived I was told "oh we have you as a tele appt. . They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay cash for my copay cuz their card machine was down for another 2 weeks. They asked me to go to the ATM to take cash out and I refused so she said then do you want tk reschedule your appt . NO, I want to speak to your office manager . You could have told me our card reader isn't working over the phone when I called 30 min earlier . She then told me a still need a mask on and if I didn't have one they could sell me one for $2 cash. All while 3 of their staff weren't wearing masks themselves. Very poorly run office ... read more

My experience with this urology office was awful. The staff were not friendly. I had a time test to take and they didn't see me for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. There was only one doctor in the office and when I had to sneak away to go to the bathroom they took a different patient instead of me when it was my turn to be seen. I wasn't happy and told the office personal and her response was, "well I'm not happy either." It was very unprofessional and I am very disgusted as to how I was treated and how they conducted their business. read more
