She is not board certified in any discipline of the Law. A Board Certified Specialists are lawyers who have been recognized by the State Bar as demonstrating superior knowledge,skill, integrity, professionalism and competence in a specific area of law. Mrs, Cotto has had a career all over the board as a public defender and now family law. Mrs. Cotto is not from the United States and is completely unaware of how our sophisticated culture works. In my experience she is more likely to try and drive up client billable hours as supposed to attempt to reach amicable solutions. In my experience Mrs. Cotto employed bulling tactics and will attempt to intimidate and push you around. It's almost comical. She dose not speak English as a first language. The problem is if you have children, Mrs. Cotto's tactics in the long run created incredible duress on all parties involved. The out come will be less than desirable when it's all over and she is paid. If you want your spouse to suffer and allow the process to destroy any hopes of an amicable relationship and eliminate any hopes to create a healthy environment for the future of your children then Mrs. Cotto is your attorney.
