I felt he listened, explained everything and answered all my questions. Went in 3 weeks later and had my procedure done with Starr. She was fantastic! I felt in good hands and very comfortable with her doing procedure. Her comfort and knowledge was top notch. I was little scared of posts of videos I saw and I hardly felt a thing. Maybe 4 out of 10 for pain when I was expecting a lot more. Even messaged her at 7:00 the next morning on a question and she responded immediately. Results have been amazing and so happy that I had this procedure done. Whole staff is awesome including Liz at front desk. They have the lowest rations I could find in Central Phoenix (1:3 ratio for infants) and my son was ahead with his milestones, which I really do attribute to this school. They worked with him to get him drinking from sippy cups at 10 months and he is now 14 months and he has learned so much from from them (washing his hands, praying before meals). The company is always looking for ways to minimize its "negative" impact on the community by strictly enforcing noise abatement procedures and limiting where we could and could not perform off-airport landings near the San Tan mountains.
