I don't like being lied to by the enterprise representatives. They acted like it was my fault that they did not have my telephone number.

I have had Ford service my truck in the past even thought they are kind of expensive. I had it done about four days before the trip. When I returned from the trip I noticed that I had an oil leak. Upon inspection I noted that the oilfilter and the drain plug were loose and leaking. The underside of the truck was a oily from the engine to the rear. I contacted Ford and took it back in, they fixed the drain plug but i ended up fixing the oilfilter. I was a little pissed about the poor workmanship but they told me that if my truck would have been damaged that they would have made me a good deal on a new one. I will never go there again!

Didn't top off brake fluid, even though the light is on, and bottle was sitting right next to the reservoir/master cylinder. Charged me to top off coolant. Looks like they mostly added just water. Was bright green before I brought it in, clear now. Didn't ask me. Charged me to top of washer fluid even though you can clearly see all the lines to the jets are gone. Didn't ask me. Didn't call to let me know it was done. $84+ for less than five minutes work. Won't be back.

I called Robert from out of state to inspect a car I was going to purchase - he saved me AT LEAST…read more$1,000. He diagnosed an intermittent misfire that the dealer had failed to disclose. The dealership took it into their shop and told me that they had replaced spark plugs etc, the Check Engine light wasn't on, but they suspected contaminated fuel, but they'd have their mechanic drive it home and make sure everything was OK. They called me the following am as I was driving to the airport to say that the diagnostic codes actually showed a problem with the catalytic converters - doesn't work for me in CA. THANK YOU ROBERT!! If it turned just to the catalytics - $1,000. But what else was hiding in there?? BTW - I won't tell you how little he charged me, but just trust that he's honest, competent and trustworthy.

Bottom line. They charged me $698.72. The average to have the work done at a dealer or independent shops runs about $417.88. Math says i was easily overcharged $280.84 at Mobile Medics !! The part cost $150.00 at the dealership not $257.66. 'Shop Rates' (labor) are $170.00 not $260.00. They charged me $15.00 for 'shop supplies. What shop supplies did they use ? They charged me $15.00 for 'EPA/waste removal.. I took the old part home with me ! Sub total was $647.66!! if i paid cash it would have been $659.17. $12.00 more if I paid cash ? if I paid with a CC it was $698.72. $51.00 more if i used a credit card?! That doesn't even make sense!! They never offered a senior discount when I was at the counter to pay. The never offered a Veterans discount when I was at the counter to pay. Good business practices say all the above was wrong.

Abysmal Service Department!…read more Our story began when we decided to special order a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon edition toy for the fleet at our house. We stopped in and talked for a moment with a sales person, then met the owner in his office and special ordered it just the way we wanted it. I would give the sales process about 3.75 out of 5 stars since we had a pleasant experience but didn't feel we got much of a great price, but it was about the same as the last Jeep dealer we had already shopped at so we just gave up and bit the bullet. Much to our excitement the new Jeep arrived in only half the expected time so off I went to pick this shiny thing up. I grabbed the jeep and drove it home. I felt like it had much less power than the Jeep I test drove at the other dealer and less than my friends brand new Jeep. I realized there was oil in the air intake where the filter goes and figured this explains a lot as it is probably a bad engine with loss of compression and too much piston blow by. I read online that another person got a new engine and the problem was solved. To the dealer I went and the service dark haired skinny little guy told me there is no check engine light on so there is nothing wrong with it. He literally walked away from me and back into the building and didn't say another thing to me. if one of my employees treated a customer like that, I would fire him on the spot. I contacted Jeep since we apparently had some sort of premium Jeep Care package? They apologized and assured me we would be taken care of... After months of back and forth and nobody even getting someone to really look at it I gave up and traded it on a new Honda... I hate to say that after owning 9-10 jeeps in my lifetime I am pretty sure I would never buy another one, at least new. Out other issue, realizing it really swerved around on the road more than any Jeep I ever had before. I resolved this by replacing the terrible BFG load range C 32" factor tires with new 33" tires and wheels with a load range E rating that took 80% of the instability away and made me feel better about that... And of course it looked cooler too... All in all the Jeep looked cool, leaked oil, leaked water through the windshield frame and for a $40K vehicle was really a disappointment. The service department at Hatch doesn't care at all about customers or service.

They are my trusted source for all hydraulic hoses for tractors and farm equipment. I trust that they give me good prices on good products and always look forward to the friendly faces and polite service that I get when I am visiting the store. This is a locally owned store and the owner is often there and he is very friendly gentleman who seems to appreciate his customers sincerely. If you have heavy equipment, big trucks, tractors or farm equipment, and all of the other stuff that normal parts stores won't even bother try to look for them this is the place for you! So in summary, if you like to buy from local businesses like I do and appreciate super friendly service then this is the spot for you to visit for all of your automotive parts and other things needs.
