Then one big screen, TV and a couple small screen TVs, which was perfect since I came there to watch opening day of Steelers football. The bartender Steve was super nice, and there were quite a few regulars at the bar. They had some great game day specials for beer and for cocktails and you could also get buckets of beer. The also had some appetizer specials during football games. They have happy hour that I believe starts at 3 PM Monday through Friday. I think they have improved their menu for the better since I was last year a few years ago. I had a tall Michelob Ultra for five dollars as a game day special and then I have a skinny margarita is my second drink. I was happy to see that they had protein bowls on the menu, which came with a base of mixed grains, greens, chopped tomatoes, black beans, and roasted corn, and then you could add one of four proteins, I added blackened shrimp and it did come with 11 shrimp on top. You could also pick a sauce to go with, I tried to lime creamer, which I didn't really like that much and they actually brought me a tomatillo that was spicy and tasty. I also would have preferred the wings actually tossed in the sauce instead of having it poured over the top. My kids got the chicken tenders and fries. They were decent, but those also arrived cold. I also ordered the 8-inch Rooster-style Italian. I didn't realize "Rooster style" meant it would come between pizza dough instead of being a traditional hoagie. Interestingly, this was actually piping hot when it arrived, while the wings, chicken tenders, and fries were cold. I'm not really sure how that happened. The sandwich itself was okay, but it was very dough-heavy and I wish the meat had been spread more evenly throughout. Next time I'd probably just order the regular Italian hoagie. The biggest disappointment was my wife's Buffalo chicken salad. The chicken didn't seem to have any Buffalo sauce on it, the bacon was missing, and both containers of ranch had opened during delivery and spilled all over everything. Our delivery was also about 25 minutes late. Someone did call beforehand to let me know there was an issue with the driver, which I appreciated, although I didn't realize it would end up being that late. I called the restaurant about the salad and spoke with a manager. He offered to replace the entire order even though I was only asking to have the salad replaced. They got the replacement out to us pretty quickly, around 15 minutes later. I definitely appreciate the manager taking responsibility and making an effort to correct the situation. The wings were big, the Cajun Ranch flavor was good, and I have a feeling the experience would be much better getting everything fresh and hot at the restaurant.
