The biggest complaint was my contact person through the company no longer worked there but after calling the main line I was connected to another individual who helped me through the rest of the process. I loved how gratuity was included so that wasn't something I had to think about the wedding day.

John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. When NYS Medicaid changed the rules in july 2023,, so you cannot choose your own company for daily appointments like therapy, addiction treatment, etc , I sincerely cried. It also allowed large taxi companies to underbid the cost of trips, which either put small companies completely out of business's, or chopped their income 75% or more. And the companies they make daily riders go with now, are abysmal compared to Djib transportation. As well as drama, drug filled, late, inconsistent and unsafe. After my last few unpleasant experiences with Uber and Lyft I was happy to learn about this local…read morecar service in the Southtowns. A reservation was made in advance to pick us up. The car was relatively on time, maybe 10-15 mins late, but the company kept in touch with the person who made the reservation. This is a big deal for this area because in the past taxi services weren't always reliable. Driver was helpful, friendly and a good driver. He was sober, didn't say or do anything creepy, and took a normal/standard route to get to our destination. He didn't do anything risky or dangerous when we were in the car. Overall the car was clean enough and was in ok shape. It wasn't a fancy or new car but it wasn't about to break down. The price was fair. Radio dispatch runs 24/7 and was reliable. Calling in advance and making a reservation is advised. It doesn't hurt to ask for a quote for the fare to be sure of pricing. The meter was slightly more but the driver accepted what we were quoted over the phone. They take cash or card.
