I've been coming to this clinic now for about 4.5-5 months…read more I 1st meant Doctor Munk and he was very nice, very kind and took time to chat with me about my concerns and answer my repetitive questions. Even taking the time to just chat with me about my previous experience elsewhere. He was lovely, His assistant seemed a little new and wasn't quite sure what she was talking about in my opinion, but understood when I said i'd wait to speak to the actual Doctor. I was very happy with the direction we decided to take to help make my skin clear up. He gave me options I could do at their clinic and options I could do elsewhere for the same result for less money. This was a huge selling point for me, because yes he is private but he's not out to get your money. On that note I do find this place a tad expensive, However, I've gotten excellent service and kindness all around. So I believe it's worth it. I'll keep you updated on the results when I'm done my six month adjustment. I've been seeing Amanda for some facial care to help with my acne, and she has great energy, is always smiling and isn't upset when I'm late because parking is IMPOSSIBLE. But what do you expect for a downtown clinic. She takes the time to explain the procedure, address my concerns and overall listen to me. As I mentioned, i've been coming to this client for 4.5-5 months, and I've never waited more then 10 minutes for my appointment. I never wait with Amanda and Doctor Munk brought me into the exam room after two minutes and came to meet me after about 5 or 6. The receptionists are waaaay to chipper/nice for my liking, but I'm also grouchy and don't like people haha. On a more serious note. They respond to calls almost immediately, they call back when they say they will. They answer emails, and online bookings. I've found them exceptionally responsive.

Pricing is about 25% - 30% more than elsewhere and at these prices you still need wait way too long to see the Dr. When you call the office with a problem as a result of a procedure or medication that was prescribed they tell you some one will call you within 48hrs. WTF!!! and to boot the person that calls you is some young unqualified staff member. it's unsettling. However, Munk is super nice and very qualified. He has excellent mannerisms, polite, knows his stuff but once you see him the next time you have a question yup go back and get dinged another $200. By the way he has another business on same floor where creams are being encouraged to be purchased and sold at Tignanello prices.

Have since been followed regularly at another dental clinic (Galerie Dentaire) since 2019 and no such procedure has ever been recommended! This clinic - specifically the specialists in infant allergy and infant dermatology - saved us. You…read morecan get a referral here from your pediatrician or a family doctor and once you fax in your referral (fax! I know, arg! but there are apps for that now, so this wasn't as annoying as I initially thought) it's relatively quick to get an appointment (like a couple weeks, nothing insane. In our case we lucked into a cancellation and were seen within days, which after months of mounting crisis was enough to make us both cry. I digress.) The space is big and bright and kid friendly, with a super clean climbing area surrounded by windows and nice, easy to keep clean toys, and children's animation playing on a couple of tv screens. You might come in feeling scared about whatever your child is going through, but the vibe from the decor, to the pros at reception, to the nurses and finally the wonderful doctors all combine to make you feel like you've arrived at a place where you will get the support you need and in time things will be alright. We got allergy testing from our first meeting with the infant allergist and had answers within minutes about what our kiddo was going through, and we've been back on a regular schedule since to keep helping her along. Our dermatologist was a similar level of awesome - she and her team dispelled a ton of internet myths about what was going on with the kid's eczema, told us the very latest in research and recommendations that actually completely contradicted what we'd been told by other doctors, changed up our prescriptions and by the time we want back for our next follow up it was like night and day. Our kid is healthy and happy and we couldn't be more grateful. And I have to say, we are endlessly weepy grateful to live in a country with Medicare for All. The right to health care was fought for, and we have to keep fighting for that right today against people who would like to make more profit from other's misery, but we have it. It's a right and it saves lives and makes the world a better place. As our little family enters into this holiday season without suffocating under the debt of all the time we spent in hospitals and doctors offices this year I am humbled by the beauty of our system. Yelp may be a weird place to say that but hey why not, here's all the stars.

The receptionists are helpful and the staff quite pleasant, depending on who you get. The assistant for the U/S didn't seem to be in a very cheery mood but others were very courteous, so I'm just going to assume she just dislikes her job or had a bad day Nothing feels more stressful than medical exams and especially in a hospital setting where you feel like you're being herded to your next test and having to "take a number". Prices are med-high compared to other medical imaging comics, probably because of their downtown location. Amazing! Yeah, no…read moreone usually uses the word amazing and dentist in the same sentence, but Dr. Collins at Clinique Dentaire La Cite definitely deserves the praise. I went to Dr. Collins as a new resident of Montreal, and had no clue for what a great experience I was in for. I had previously gone to a dentist in Chicago and knew that I needed a crown on a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. Dr. Collins is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He made sure to make me feel comfortable and was very aware of how anxious I was about the procedure. He talked to me about all my options, never pressured me and took the procedure at a slower pace that I could handle. His office is gorgeous, and has a panoramic view of Mt. Royal and the canal. It is located on the 9th floor of the Transat Tower which is across the street from Parc Jeanne Mance and Parc Mount Royal. What a view! Completely different than most dentist offices, which resemble dungeons more than anything else. He put on a movie for me to watch while he was doing the procedure, it definitely helped me take my mind off of everything and eased my anxiety. His assistant was super sweet and chatted with me before and after, making me feel comfortable and not worried. I'm sooooooo glad I somehow found Dr. Collins, he made the whole experience painless in every way.
