Before Roof Repair I have a rental property in Browns Mills NJ and live out-of-state. This can make any needed repairs very complicated and somewhat of a hassle. Initially, I was referred to use another company, however, they were very unresponsive and didn't seem to have time for me. I called Gasper and was able to talk with a person the same day. They did tell me that with the recent storms that they were backed up a little, but they could come out within the week. They ended up calling me on my appointment day and due to the weather that they would have to reschedule. They were able to quickly book me another appointment for the next week. After the initial inspection of the home, the gave me a breakdown of the concerns and some options to getting it fixed. They gave me a list of dates that they could come out and let me schedule the one that work best with my tenants schedule. Roof Repair The called to a day before to verify that the repair was still happening. The morning of they called to let me know they were there and working. During the repair there were some additional concerns found while removing the roof and the quickly called to let me know and to see how I wanted to proceed. They quickly got the extra materials needed and finished the job. Pricing I got similar quotes from two other companies. Gasper Roofing offered two separate discounts. (Military and a local discount they were offering) Thank you from a truly satisfied customer.

PFS worked on two projects for me and both times did an amazing job with little to no disruption to my daily routine. The first job was repairing my basement floor quickly after a flood. Once they were done, you would have never known there was an issue. Since that went so well, I decided to have them build my deck. All I can say is, I couldn't be happier! Brian, the owner, personally built my deck as if it was his own. He made sure to put extra reinforcements and made other subtle changes that would make it sturdy and beautiful! Thanks to him, I have a beautiful outdoor space that I absolutely love and is envied by all of my friends and neighbors. I definitely would suggest PFS Construction to anyone that is looking to have quality work done in a timely manner. Thanks, Brian!

These guys went above and beyond for us, and I am so grateful. During the winter, after about a…read moreweek of snow sitting on our roof, we started to experience major leaking in one of our rooms. We called Pace to come out and take a look and give us an estimate. Ernie leveled with us that most of our roof was in rough shape, and that it would be in our best interest to fix everything now so we didn't run into worse problems down the road. (I'm always skeptical when home repair folks say this, but he showed us photos and video and yeah...it was bad.) Our situation was made more complicated because the previous owner had installed solar panels, and that made roof work impossible while they were still up there. It took us a very long time (like...ridiculously longer than it should have) to get the solar company to come and take the panels down so Ernie and his crew could get to work. In the meantime, Ernie came out and put a tarp up over a large hole so that we hopefully didn't run into more leaking while we had to wait for the roof to be fixed. He also found a way to do the work just as effectively but more cheaply, which we really appreciated. (Just removing the solar panels was $$$). When we were finally able to have the crew come out, they got the entire thing done in one morning. Ernie sent us before and after pictures (included here), and I can't believe how bad things were. The roof looks amazing now, and our leaking problem is fixed! Great communication, honest business, and solid work. We will have them back in the near future to replace the small portion of roof that didn't need to be immediately fixed, and will call on them for any other roof problems we have.
