You have to go upstairs to the OB/Gyn side of things (stairs and elevator access right up front). First impression with the staff was absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming and kind, and super helpful. I did not have to wait very long before I was called back for my appointment. The MA was very good at her job, made me feel at ease and you could just tell she loves what she does. Which I realized was a common theme here. Everyone was just so happy! I saw Dr. Peace. Now I've seen a lot of OB/Gyns in my day... Dr. Peace is definitely in the top 2 (only because my #1 delivered my first baby). She is patient, she listens to you, she is reassuring, makes sure she's heard everything you want to share before she goes on to do anything else. She is genuine and cares! Oh and she has the most gentle touch! I am so glad to have been able to get on her schedule and become her patient. In fact all of the staff I interacted with here just seemed like amazing people.

She is down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to talk to, which makes such a difference when you're trying to explain medical concerns. I feel comfortable asking questions and discussing my concerns without ever feeling rushed or dismissed. I also want to recognize her nurse, Paige. She has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. I had some anxiety about receiving test results and explained that I preferred to review them online rather than receive them unexpectedly over the phone. Paige completely understood and respected my wishes. She handled the situation with such sensitivity and gentleness that it really stood out to me. Good communication and compassion mean a great deal to me when it comes to healthcare, and I feel that I've received both from Karina and Paige. They have made me feel listened to, respected, and comfortable with my care, and I would highly recommend them both.
