The gentleman came twice to clean it and the stain got larger, where each time he only spent 15 minutes or so working on the rug. He came a third time and told me to take a photo of the cleaning agent he was using so I could purchase it myself and try cleaning it myself, when I had already paid $300 for him to remove the stain. It seemed he was frustrated with me for kindly asking him to complete the job. I'm definitely disappointed because I was very hopeful and optimistic that I could trust the work to be completed professionally.
