Don't waste your money here. I have never ordered from them before and am not a London local. I was travelling and thought to try it out. I ordered "Haagen Dazs (500ml), Strawberry Cheesecake" ice cream for 5.5 pounds. Instead I got ben and jerries marshmellow rasberry ice cream. I cannot eat marshmallows so that ice cream went to waste. I called them back to tell them about the ice cream. They said they didnt have the Strawberry cheesecake flavour and would send me a driver in an hour. I call back in an hour and the same person picks up and tells me the driver is not available yet and he will get me the ice cream when he gets it. At this point I didnt want my ice cream and asked for a refund which he refused to give and said he will send the correct ice cream with the driver instead. Its 1:11 am right now and my initial order was at 7:45 pm. I still do not have the ice cream I ordered. Its not just the flavour that was the issue, I had paid 5.5 for Haagen Dazs. I did not like the fact that I was given Ben and Jerry instead without confirming with me if I was ok with the switch. Further, I told the driver to call me when he is in the lobby so I can come down to get it. The driver calls me 10 minutes before he arrives and tells me to come down. I come down and am waiting, he then tells me that he is waiting by the car park lot (instead of coming in to the lobby as I had requested). So I go out in the cold and find him way at the end of the lot. I asked him for an invoice, he refused to give me that. On top of this, I had specifically asked for spoons and forks in my note while placing the order. Even though this should be obvious because I had ordered "Muddy Chips" which require a fork to eat. And when I open the bag there are no napkins, no utensils, no forks no spoons. I dont think I have ever had such a terrible customer service experience anywhere. Give me my 5.5 pounds back. read more
