Factory Outlet North Finchley is nothing like that. There are some good deals to be had, even a rack starting at just 5 pounds. I'll admit the clothes in this shop are taste-full and beautiful. There is a particularly nice brown ruffle dress in a silky material for 22 pounds and some lovely knits that wrap around your body. The staff here is friendly enough and not up your arse, in a way that is common in a small store. I like to come in here and have a poke around. I will note this store only sells clothing so no handbags or shoes on offer.

This is a small shop as well, so I always feel a bit weary about overattentive salespeople. Last Christmas, I saw it. I saw it in Logo's window. It was a fantastic leopard trench coat, in satin. I needed it. I wanted it for Christmas. It was 80 pounds. I kept looking at it each time I came to Mill Hill. The trouble was when I finally had some money and it got really close to the holidays, I found out Logo didn't have my size. Only one size larger. Unable to reconcile myself to wearing a size that large I didn't buy it. I will look again this year. Walk in the door. I will never forget that coat.

You can find some great bits outside on a good day new for a pound (stuff from Top Shop!) Inside there is a great selection of women's clothing and a dressing room. This store has got to be one of the best kept secrets in London! It's worth going to Burnt Oak!
