Not once did anyone step foot on my property to review or assess the damage to my vehicle, yet the came up with an amount to repair the damage.... Almost 30 days of pure insanity; me having to call and chase this hot mess of "customer service" they poorly provide. Loop holes and circles is what they seem to push for, but know your rights and fight for yourselves! Please do yourself a favor ACCC - a suggestion that will benefit drivers such as myself and clearly others who have had the misfortune of dealing with you.... Have your clients advertise for you - this could help both yourself and the future parties on the streets of Houston, to keep very clear distance of your "insured".

They're insured hit me on 5/28. I had to send them the police report and have my insurance company…read morecall to get a response. Then they didn't want to pay for a rental. Then they have delayed every step of the way to repair my vehicle. As of 6/27, they want to cancel the rental and my car hasn't even started being repaired-- because of them! If you're hit by someone with their insurance, make sure you get a certified copy of the police report and an attorney! Protect yourself from these crooks!!!
