This is a mom and pop business as my preference is to always work with the owner. Samuel G is experienced, the quality of he and his team's work is excellent, and his pricing was very reasonable. Correspondence from Viviana (office) was prompt and clear. In addition to the bathrooms, we needed a countertop for our buffet and found the perfect granite and color from Samuel's remnants. As an aside, my plumber paid Samuel a compliment as to the accuracy/placement of the stone's drill holes while installing our shower and vanity fixtures. We have a third bathroom to remodel and Samuel will be our installer of choice for that future project. RP

That is horrible bad workmanship for a job that is supposed to hold up for many years. When I called to get this addressed, the new owner completely washed his hands of the issue, claiming he bought the company a year ago and that work done prior isn't his responsibility. He offered zero assistance, said there was "nothing he could do," and couldn't even provide contact information for the previous owner to resolve the warranty. When you step into business ownership, you inherit its reputation and customer service standards. Relying on technicalities to abandon former repeat clients shows a complete lack of integrity and makes this a absolute disgrace of a business.
