Great service, great selection of fireworks. Stock can vary, they were out of a some stuff when I went. The prices tho? I went with my boy and he got great prices because he's at a higher tier. Depending on how much u spend goes for what pier you are on. He was at a tier where he didn't have to pay taxes and got 20% off. It's pretty far if you are going from Sac but the experience it self was great.

The workers threw my firework boxes and busted some of them ! This is very unexceptional.

I came 2 times within the last month and the service was terrible I had to wait over 1 hour and a half before them to tell me half of my order wasn't even at that lot !! If I didn't speak up we would have waited even longer for our order and for them to just make us wait for another truck to arrive. And when mentioned about inconveniences they get upset ? But they demand a tip. They threw and dropped our boxes some of our boxes were ripped ! My boyfriend & I are loyal customers here for the past 3 years and the last 2 years have been a terrible !! Please do better

Went here for the first time on Tuesday 10/26/2021 to get stuff for Halloween. Decent selection of products that the other fireworks stores in the area don't carry, but I'm not a fan of the buy one get two free "deal." I think it just gets you to spend more money. Especially since their B1G2 prices are higher than the ones at Blackjack Fireworks who do the same thing. Saw a couple of items that I was interested in and would've liked to have gotten but didn't. I'd rather not have to buy three of them, or one and two other things I only somewhat liked in order to get just the one. Checked out what was available at the time for wholesale in the back. Nothing stood out for me. Only ended up getting three horror movie themed cakes I thought were perfect for Halloween since their B1G2 price was less than $100. Employees were friendly and helpful and even liked and responded to my comments on Facebook. I'll most likely go back and have another closer look at their inventory. I passed over the Light Entertainment 5" neon canister shells by Brothers Pyrotechnics and now regret not getting them. I'll definitely pick those up the next time I'm in town.

Of all the fireworks stores in pahrump, Area 51 has the best wholesale pricing. With prices increasing everywhere, it's nice to know they aren't super price gouging here. If you want the best deal, go to the back and buy wholesale and load up. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will be back again

Ask the Community - Area 51 Fireworks

Is there another store in LA similar to this store?

Hello, we have stores in Pahrump, Nevada, West Chesterfield, New Hampshire and Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Are they stocked up on whole sale right now?

    Yes!

Does anyone know what you have to do to buy wholesale or where or how you sign up for that?

You just walk in the wholesale area

I have a question I went ahead and bought a assortment that had super artillery shells and there was also an extra world class #5 tube what's that for if the case of super artillery shells come with one?

That is another shell that's already ready to light

How much is the case of rolling in the dough and case of Excalibur's?

Excalibur's went up for $160 for 4 pack wholesale

Do they charge tax or is it already included in price?

Most of the time they might charge tax and tax would be like extra 38 cents.

How much for the screaming rockets by alien cause over here In Cali I get them for 25 bucks?

Well the store would probably charge a lot more so depending on how many there is it could be up to 30 or more all depends on how many there is or the dealer getting them

There is minimal shaded area...I mean, imagine minimal and it's even smaller. I think 10 pool chairs (not lounge chairs) fit there...maybe less. There's plenty of seating, just not in the shaded area. 2. The lifeguards are on top of things. Score! 3. The pool isn't heated but you don't need that in June. It's Vegas weather...so the pool is 'naturally' heated in June. ;) 4. Locker rooms are clean 5. Parking is easy 6. No diving board 7. Also part of the festival was a vintage car show in the far parking lot, and what a cool sight to see! Who knew that Pahrump was a hot bed for vinyage cars????? The majority of entrants were locals from Pahrump, with a few coming from nearby states, but just hearing the owners talk shop about their "babies" was great. One owner had a collection of 5 cars in the car show, and every one of them were in such pristine condition! We perused the various vendors that were also on hand and also kicked it with some of the animals that were there too. Very cool place to relax and unwind while exploring Pahrump. Administered by the US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service, the entrance is just 17 miles from Hwy 95 on Rte 157 or 45 minutes (and a world away) from the hustle and bustle - and heat - of the Las Vegas strip. Sunday. We started at the Visitor Gateway, where there are helpful staff and maps to help you to plan your stay. In addition, there is a gift shop, clean restrooms, an amphitheater, picnic areas, and trailheads to the Pack Rat Route and the Escarpment Trails. Next on our itinerary were a pair of scenic drives. From the Visitors Gateway, we traveled a short distance on Rte 157, until intersecting with Rte 158, which took us up the windy mountain road. We passed the entrances to The Resort on Mount Charleston, various trailheads, picnic areas, and campgrounds. We stopped at the Desert View Overlook, walking the short interpretive trail and taking photos. We continued in Rte 158 until we intersected with Rte 156, which we took left to the Lee Canyon ski area, passing picnic areas, campgrounds, and trailheads along the way. We then turned around, and went back down the mountain. Upon again intersecting with Rte 157, we took it to its terminus at the Mount Charleston Lodge. Our final destination was our campsite at the Fletcher View Campground (reviewed separately). Monday. We returned to the Visitors Gateway, and did the two "more difficult" hikes that originated there -- the Pack Rat Route (only 0.4 mi) is short, paved, and very steep. If you do it as a loop, the trail is somewhat washed out towards the end. Pack Rat connected to the 2.4 mile Escarpment Trail, which takes you above the cliffs and to some wonderful mountain views. Both of these trails are for hiking only. No bikes or horses. Some things to note: *The Visitors Gateway provides a good map of the area which I've posted a Yelp (in Spanish). It shows trails (including hiking, cycling, equestrian, and interpretative), campgrounds, picnic areas, restrooms, etc. *The map also highlights the trails in the NRA, with ratings of easy to moderate to more difficult to most difficult. It also provides distances, but not elevation changes. *When we were there (May, 2024), at least 6 trails, including the popular Mary Jane Falls Trail, were closed due to storm damage.
