Scrambled eggs, bacon, Ardys potatoes, biscuit and gravy. Eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, sourdough toast.

Excellent service. Clean and nicely decorated. Really good breakfast. Large portions and loved that they have a senior section on the menu as well as a kids section.

Was looking for a nice place to stop for lunch while sightseeing, when we found Ardys. Upon entering, it was welcoming, laid back, and not jammed with people like most tourist sites. We went at 11:30 on a Tuesday morning. Extremely friendly staff, clean cafe with seating inside, out front or out back on the patios. Restrooms were clean well kept and a cute gift shop. We ordered the chili size and the pot stickers, both were really good. Best pot stickers I've had, and better half gave his meal a thumbs up. Although, we was kind of over the main meal the second he saw someone order the ice cream. If for no other reason, it's a must visit for the huckleberry ice cream cone. Beware though it's not for the fainthearted, it looked to be about 3 cups of delicious berry flavored soft serve in a giant waffle cone. Absolute heaven!

Ardy's Cafe is a great place near Priest Lake. We wanted to come here for breakfast initially, but instead decided to come for dinner. Camped nearby at the state park, and it was a nice non-camp meal in the middle of the trip. First of all, it's a nice place. Lots of outdoorsy decorations, wood carvings, bears, etc. around the inside. Quite a few beer choices for $2.50 or $3.00. Around there somewhere. Side salads were big and cheap with a main food purchase. We ended up sharing a pizza, half cheese, half meat. They did NOT skimp on the meat. Tons of Canadian bacon and sausage, which was great. Our waiter was also super nice. Overall we will for sure come back if in the area!

Ardy's - good home cookin in Priest Lake.

I came to Idaho for the first time ever to go snowboarding. After my day was done, I was starving…read morebut wanted to eat closer to my hotel. Sweet Lou's was actually down the street and it had some foods that sounded really good. I was seated immediately and my waiter Elijah got my drink order. I asked him what he recommended and he mentioned the Tailgate Eggrolls and a burger. But I was really craving a steak and he said they had a special on prime rib. I'm a huge steak lover, especially prime ribs so I opted for that with the Tailgate Eggrolls. I suppose I was hungrier than I thought after a long day and I ate everything. The 5 Tailgate Eggrolls, a Caesar Salad (not pictured), the prime rib, and a cup of Vegetable Beef soup. The eggrolls were filled with cream cheese, jalapeños, cheese and served with a jalapeño pepper jelly. If you love cream cheese, this appetizer for you. I like crab rangoon, I like jalapeño poppers, and now I like these egg rolls. The Caesar salad was great. Fresh romaine, crunchy seasoned croutons, shredded Parmesan cheese, and fresh cracked pepper. The star of the show was the prime rib. I've had many prime ribs, rib roasts, beef roasts in my life big I've never had one smoked, which was a detail I missed when Elijah was telling me about it. Let me tell you, the smoke flavor was infused with the meat and the seasoning on the prime rib was superb. The addition of BOTH horseradish and aus jus is a nice touch. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Last but not least, the vegetable beef soup was chock full of celery, potatoes, and huge chunks of beef. Hearty and delicious indeed. If you're living here, then I'm jealous Sweet Lou's is here for you. If your visiting, pay Sweet Lou's a visit. Elijah is a fantastic server!

We last came here about 2 years ago and I have no idea why we don't come more often. The food is…read morefantastic (with lots of GF options), the service is great (thanks, Megan!) and the atmosphere is relaxing and cool. I ordered the fish tacos again (still amazing), my husband got a burger again (awesome) and this time my son got the Burrata Ravioli. Short of licking his plate clean, he ate and enjoyed every bite. We were too full for dessert or we would have ordered the flourless chocolate cake (also GF) but the BEST part came at the end of the meal. When Megan presented the check, I was over the moon thrilled to see a pocket copy of the US Constitution included. SO SO cool! Megan said they give one out to each table and I was excited to let her know that I always carry a copy in my purse. I did take this one to give my husband so he always has a copy - but what a truly cool thing to do. By doing that, the owners have earned my admiration in addition to my appreciation for their food! Well done!

Don't blink or you will miss it!!…read more Went there for our tenth wedding anniversary. The food was first class, I had the Poke', and was pleasantly surprised with how darn good it was. Northern Idaho, first class Poke'. Wife had one of the ravioli dishes, cannot recall which. She absolutely loved it. I of course took a taste or two, and 100% concurred, was on point. Service was good, they were a bit busy, and appeared to be heavy takeout night. But, no complaints. Worth the drive from Sagle for a dinner that was unexpectedly good. Another North Idaho gem. Will return.
